What a masterpiece! The drama covered so many themes from love, family relations, religion, brutal traditions, lust, misuse of power, to POWER of WOMEN. Jindu represented a Strong Woman who dared to challenge the might, the powerful. The death of the main character justifies the "unhappy ending" of tragedy.
The content was so real compared to routine dramas (saas bahu, extra marital affairs etc) which are unrealistic and negatively impact society's decaying values.

The drama had lots of plot holes.For example, In the very first episode, it was shown that jindo and her husband was talking about the closeness of faqeera and Shano but then later on in the drama they showed that jindo was surprised on the revelation that Shano loved faqeera. Another plot hole was why she'd waited so many years to take revenge. Why not plan it right after her brother's death. What was the purpose of the character of police officer, gullu, chimni,bali, etc. The end of Dad saeein's character should have been more brutal. He should be in jail for all those crimes he did and gullu was also his right hand.Another plot hole was that we never properly got to know about the death of Hasrat's brother and as to why dad saeein killed him. Characters did justice to their roles but it was poor writing and direction. I had way too many hopes for this drama. They did choose a very good and sensible topic but was not really able to do justice to the story.

I feel they cut it short specially Bali's track .. he should've come back .. gullu should also be punished.. the last episode didn't meet my expectations.. it's not as impactful as I expected.. I totally agree with you. Killing multiple characters without giving a solution made it feel like the plot was poorly written aswell.

Agreed with almost all of your points except for Hasrat's brother Izzat's death. it was not a plot hole. the drama showed, more than once, flashbacks of Izzat killing himself while he was trying to convince Daad saeen to let him be with Laado (Kajli's daughter). so i think it was pretty clear what happened there

Jindo is one of the best dramas I've ever watched, and the last episode was just so emotional, and the metaphoric ending was amazing, the tales of Jindo and Daad Saeen were born on the sand of the desert, and both came to an end on the sand as well. Especially the ending where Jindo's body got naturally buried under the sand implies that the sea of sand in the desert holds a lot of great tales! every single detail of this episode and drama was amazing. The desert holds a lot of such heroic tales yet to be uncovered! We will miss Jindo 😭
Sad that it has come to an end, but will always be happy that it lasted. I have never been so emotionally attached to a drama before, and I cried throughout the episode. This drama will always hold a special place in our hearts!

@@riaziqbal3203 there are some other plot holes as well..We don't know how did jindu die? We even don't know hod did daad sayin die? What was the purpose of dogs running? How did daad daad sayin reach in desert? What about other characters like shaano.. what's her future? Who is next king of palace or did every thing go well after the death of daad sayin. How easy even after the 18 years shehzad captured Amanat.? What's the role of two grandchildren? Gullu is also alive. I was expecting a big war between hut and palace but extremely poor ending..
Ohh so was the end of Jindo as was her beginning, from beginning to the end, the unfathomable agony and unspeakable deprivations. Dreams seen by every character were shattered, piercing the heart of the dreamers. Their joys were too filled with tears, love always filled with agony and agony itself was a torment, an afflicting torture. Never I saw any episode with my eyes not welled up. The writer surely had wept while writing and so as the whole team. Words are a mean way to express what the viewers of this Serial felt every week. I will ever always remember this serial my WHOLE LIFE and will tell my generations about it. This serial metaphorically expresses the life a human being , suffering with no compensation,no atonement. At the end we are buried in the sand with no impressions behind....!!

I dont know but i kinda feeling that its rush ending. I do applaud the class acting by all the actors. However, it felt like few scenes were omitted. when did shehzad come to know about his father's death secret and if he knew why he did not want to kill his grandfather? it was too easy for jindo to finish shahzad. I mean where did all the guard go? in the end why gullo got no punishment as he was equally took part in wrong doings. why did Jindo died just like that on sand dunes like a bad person. no matter how metaphoric the sand covering but why jindo and who were those horse riders??? daad saein was already in bed and if they were his grandson''s people then daad saein was already in favor of girl eventually so why he was being chased by horse riders???
I think the horse riders were her hallucination, sort of a mirage in the desert, because she was on the brink of death. But I am also wondering why it took Jindo 18 years to seek revenge. She could have switched places with a bride earlier and entered the Mahal to kill Daad Saeen. But all she did in 18 years was cut his d***? And Falak was shown to be cunning and scheming in the beginning, she always said she had a plan to deal with Hasrat but until the end she never did anything?
It always happen with pakistan dramas. They rush with the ending. They dont know how to conclude things and gove a good message. They wrap everything in last episode. Otherwise it was a good drama.
Also, the other brother did not even know that Shahzad was killed by Jindo when they were in the hospital... They came back in Haweli when the stepmother and son were talking about the newborn daughter and he said he would kill daad sain if he orders him to kill his wife and daughter, still they did not know about Shahzad's murder? What the hell
another thing where did that IG go in this episode? why did he come back, what was the purpose of him coming back when he did not even arrest daad sain or Shahzad.

Guards were following orders of gullu and gullu was in favor of jindu in that episode too where jindu attacks dad same and in last episode too while killing shehzad..
I guess dad saeen grand son didn't know about the replusion of dad saeen hence he killed him even before he order something as he said hukum dene se phly Hakim mara Jayega

Love you all. Tons of applause appreciations, loves and thanks. It is the precious piece of ART in this era of commercialism. Hats off to all the team, and all the artists in particular who tramendusly perform and personalize the native language with perfect accent.
Although this drama was extraordinarily wonderful, there are some missing links which should have been identified in the last episodes. The first episode starts with full power showing jindo in red wardrobes and attacking her enemies. After she was attacked by the Dad Saen's dogs she took shelter at some place which was looked after by a Peer Saen (later on he was named as Sahu). Then a real jindo drama started showing the brutalities made by Dad Saen with locals including Jindo's family. Later on Jindo was also maltreated by the Dad Saen people and she was fired by Dad Saen and Gullo (however, Gullo did not fire her) and she survived. She started to become a sacred Maie who used to give dua for the needy. In the 2nd last episode she tried to kill Dad Saen but did not do this, rather accompanied him to hospital for his treatment.
In the last episode there was no link between the Jindo's becoming a saint and direct killing of Shahzad without any dialogue.
I totally agree with you. I had to look for a comment like yours before I could comment. So yes, I really wish that there was a better ending shown too. Like the Daad Sayin should have gotten a more brutal punishment. It’s like the last 2 episodes were rushed so it could go on air.

I actually think that was Jindo's imagination, she was hallucinating. Daad Saeen was ill and on the deathbed and he died in his Mahal only, not in the desert. Jindo imagined the horse riders and Daad Saeen.

What an end to the awesome drama.
Daad saeen and his sons kept harassing other girls. As a result everything came back to haunt his own family. His grandson intended to harras his own sister. What a great msg provided in this context.
But I personally think Jindo mustn't have forgiven Daad Saeen. He must have died with his guilts.
Overall it was a great drama. I will never enjoy the Wednesdays for a long time. 😢

Yeah, the drama had lots of plot holes.For example, In the very first episode, it was shown that jindo and her husband was talking about the closeness of faqeera and Shano but then later on in the drama they showed that jindo was surprised on the revelation that Shano loved faqeera. Another plot hole was why she'd waited so many years to take revenge. Why not plan it right after her brother's death. What was the purpose of the character of police officer, gullu, chimni,bali, etc. The end of Dad saeein's character should have been more brutal. He should be in jail for all those crimes he did and gullu was also his right hand.Another plot hole was that we never properly got to know about the death of Hasrat's brother and as to why dad saeein killed him. Characters did justice to their roles but it was poor writing and direction. I had way too many hopes for this drama. They did choose a very good and sensible topic but was not really able to do justice to the story.
@riaziqbal3203 I agree with most of your points. But in the first point I suppose they showed that Jindo that it was just a close friendship, not love. Which, in itself, is a hole because their love was quite obvious. I agree with your all other points. Yes that was a strong topic but they couldn't handle it. They dragged and stretched the story too long and rushed the ending.
So disappointed with the ending, why do they rush everything at the end and spoil it. Apart from the ending, the actual drama was very good.

So many thingd that didn't make sense in the story. I wish there were less plotholes. They dragged the middle part and rushed the ending. The whole issue of incest was left till the last part of the last episode. There was no need for gullu's family background story. Waste of time. The character of hasrats second wife was nothing but a woman who gave a son. After 20 years the police decided to investigate on the murders. Faqeera n shano's luv story made no sense either. Faqeera was not a great character. He did nothing for his sisters. Always running away n hiding n didn't care for his wife. We don't know how jindo became a peerni , no background whatsoever.
