ʿAllāmah Ṣiddīq Ḥasan Khān Qinnawjī رحمه الله said, regarding wiping the neck in wuḍūʾ:
((...ولم يثبت في مسح الرقبة حديث انتهى))
"'...and there is nothing established regarding wiping the neck.' End quote."
