They don't deserve it anymore than the people who did open up, when you have a house like this and money like this, everyone and everything will try to take it from you, MARKO if a different type of person, could have easily gotten enough information on the layout of the house and the number of occupants what times they are present and used the information for a burglary possibly armed robbery.

I absolutely hope that this happened for him because he’s a genuine authentic nice person and Jeff seems to be the same. I am inspired by his tenacity. He said he walked around the neighborhood for 5 hours, and received nothing but rejection, but he refused to give up. Then he found himself in a neighborhood warning! Most people would've given up, but it made him more determined.

It's a hard thing for artists to learn. Most are very emotional and vulnerable people who have this one thing that they love, take pride in and live through. Getting that one thing shredded and rejected can be a lot, but it is also another path to success opened up.

Marko literally could not have given his art to three nicer people. Rick being SO EXCITED to meet Marko, and just have him to talk to him. So glad he ran into him at Home Depot because this is something he will hold dear to him and tell stories to everyone about for the rest of his life! Jeff is just so sweet and good natured. Well of course people who aren't white American are usually more friendly and welcoming because of their cultures, now please don't misinterpret this as a race thing. A European that immigrated to America would probably be equally as friendly. A perfect example is how the second person that accepted was South African, white but South African.

Tip to get more business/your art in homes like this: Look up the real estate agents for these properties & contact them to create custom art pieces as closing gifts for their clients. They’ll be able to better guide you as to what clients would be more open to doing something like this & filming.

Jeff said his favorite thing to do is work. So when an opportunity makes him feel good, he seizes the moment because perhaps he experiences it rarely. In his situation, money indeed doesn't buy happiness that's why gifting Marco a 1% share of his company is nothing for him, but possibly more happiness and prosperity for both of them in the future. Jeff also mentioned that he reminded Marco of himself when he was 21 years old and starting his business. I am amazed at this video! Marko did a great job on each piece and even improvised with his injured knee! Jeff’s generosity is off the charts…he gifted him the 1% of the company before even seeing the artwork!! I also loved how the children of Yessef (sp?) were amazed by the artwork and were touching it & his wife was a sweetheart. It was kind Chinese way of saying mirrors are bad choice of gifts. In Chinese culture gifting a mirror is inviting ghosts into that person's life. But Jeff is kind he still took the gift

I get it; I too am an artist. I do "laser cut/etched sculptures," traditional paintings, murals and these days, professional signs....just today I ran into a client and one of his workers who couldn't stop talking about the menus I designed for them. He already recommended me to other business people he knows. The point is, getting such positive feedback on your work (even for something as easy as menus) is so rewarding, encouraging and "confirming." Keep up the great work and CONGRATS on that amazing gift from Jeff!!
I just found Marko's channel last week and have binged so many hours of it. It inspired me to paint an old pair of vintage skis I found at an antique store. It was a lot of fun and wouldn't have done it without watching these great videos. It also gave me a video idea for Marko. You could go to a yard sale, thrift or antique store to find something to customize.
I recently returned from living in China for 2 years, and I’ve also lived in two other countries previously. The Chinese people were the most generous and kind people I’ve met in all my travels! Jeff represents the warmth and hospitality I encountered while living there.
It's really unfortunate that the Chinese government is one of the worst in the entire world. They often force their citizens living in other countries to perform acts of treason and espionage.

The feeling you get when you see someone even a stranger in passing that looks like they’re having a hard day, or they’re angry, frustrated, depressed, overwhelmed by life….and simply complimenting their outfit or something to boost their self esteem, even just warmly smile or hold a door and let them know they are SEEN…..it is the most heart-bursting feeling of joy when you see their eyes light up a little or smile, you know that moment will carry them through just a little longer…..and likely pass forward to others ❤❤❤

I absolutely hope that this happened for him because he’s a genuine authentic nice person and Jeff seems to be the same. If many artists could learn this kind of persistence in the face of rejection, they might be successful. This guy has amazing grit.
I am inspired by his tenacity. He said he walked around the neighborhood for 5 hours, and received nothing but rejection, but he refused to give up. Then he found himself in a neighborhood warning! Most people would've given up, but it made him more determined.

Expecting a ton of initial rejection is crucial for an artist; whether or not what you’re doing is the exact same thing someone casing a house for a robbery would find handy.

It's a hard thing for artists to learn. Most are very emotional and vulnerable people who have this one thing that they love, take pride in and live through. Getting that one thing shredded and rejected can be a lot, but it is also another path to success opened up.

Tip to get more business/your art in homes like this: Look up the real estate agents for these properties & contact them to create custom art pieces as closing gifts for their clients. They’ll be able to better guide you as to what clients would be more open to doing something like this & filming.
I like the way he does it now. It shows his heart and persistence. He really has to work to find the deserving family. Also, rejection builds character, if handled the correct way.

Jeff also mentioned that he reminded Marco of himself when he was 21 years old and starting his business. I am amazed at this video! Marko did a great job on each piece and even improvised with his injured knee! The most open people were Chinese, Egyptian and South African. Americans were paranoid, put Marco on neighborhood watch, told him not to film on a public road and generally reacted wth suspicion and distrust. What’s happened to America?

I get it; I too am an artist. I do "laser cut/etched sculptures," traditional paintings, murals and these days, professional signs....just today I ran into a client and one of his workers who couldn't stop talking about the menus I designed for them. He already recommended me to other business people he knows. The point is, getting such positive feedback on your work (even for something as easy as menus) is so rewarding, encouraging and "confirming." Keep up the great work and CONGRATS on that amazing gift from Jeff!!
I just found Marko's channel last week and have binged so many hours of it. It inspired me to paint an old pair of vintage skis I found at an antique store. It was a lot of fun and wouldn't have done it without watching these great videos.
It also gave me a video idea for Marko. You could go to a yard sale, thrift or antique store to find something to customize.

I recently returned from living in China for 2 years, and I’ve also lived in two other countries previously. The Chinese people were the most generous and kind people I’ve met in all my travels! Jeff represents the warmth and hospitality I encountered while living there.
Same thing with Yahya's family, that kindness and hospitality is a big part of arab culture!
It's really unfortunate that the Chinese government is one of the worst in the entire world. They often force their citizens living in other countries to perform acts of treason and espionage.

But I think that is what makes your videos so genuine, because in the end the people that are respectful, nice and welcoming always turn out to be the most deserving. What hate? You can't blame people for being suspicious of two guys walking around their neighborhood filming. There are people doing that, that are up to no good, and this is one way they could easily stake out peoples houses.
