Nice video, thanks for sharing. I recently bought a 9ft Krone, I agree, it appears very heavy built. I’ll keep an eye out on any shielding cracks. One thing you might try is to drill a hole centered at the end of the crack. Often that will stop them from spreading.
We tried this unit in light Bermuda grass and had serious problems with one sided windrows. The 4 spinners over powered the 3 spinners and put all the material on one side. Took it back to dealer. Love the machine otherwise.

You must drill the toe of any crack in order weld properly.
How much did it cost? How does it compare with a NH 7330?
