It's a decent diss track, good word play, usual multisyllabic rhyme schemes of UA-cam Rap level, still got problems crowding the music beats and sounding a bit soft. Biggest problem with this diss track is the title song, 'Clout Cobain'. That's not Knox Hill's title, that title song belongs to Denzel Curry's 'Clout Cobain', so technically Knox Hill is plagiarizing that artist. I hope he gives proper credit and name mention Denzel Curry, I hate it if he don't because it'll be a big weakness that ruins the ethics of this track.
Clout Cobain as a title song for a diss track is logical. Benzino keeps wanting to stay relevant (clout) and in doing so he's just harming himself like Kurt Cobain did (Cobain). So unless Denzel Curry's Clout Cobain is about Benzino trying to censor UA-cam reactors and dissing Eminem it's not plagiarizing. If so no one in rap could use the title songs like Jackin' for Beats, The Symphony or Rapper's Delight as the name of their song

He did the diss track on behalf of Cliff Beats because Cliff has a contract with a label he works for where he himself couldn't make one, so with Knox having his back made one. The reactors, especially like Knox, Cliff, Stevie, Shaq, and Black Pegasus and others, look out for each other as a community. These reactors make money doing reactions and breakdowns, so when someone like Benzino is trying to shut a reactors whole channel down because they got called out on something (which was the truth) it becomes personal because now he's going after their livelihood, other reactors aren't going to stay quiet especially someone like Knox. Because then other people would get the idea to do the same thing and would try to go after other reactors as well just because they didn't like what that reactor said. So, since Knox is part of the UA-cam reactors community, he felt he couldn't sit back and had to say something towards Benzino right away.
