    Clearly explained and well filmed explanation of spindle-turning on a pole-lathe. Glorious to see those razor-sharp tools glinting in the sun, while slicing away the succulent fresh cherry wood. Well done guys. Maybe UA-cam can now take down a few of the remaining films of people scraping and scratching.

    Extremely helpful! I'm self-taught on pole lathes from one demo 20 years ago and what UA-cam videos I've been able to discover. This whole series has been a gold mine to fill in some of those "missed tips". Thank you.

    I like a machine that doesn't need electricity. It can be used even in the forest!
