Honestly this truck has the weirdest wheel configuration ever. They need to add a tag axle before they damage the chassis permanently, there is a giant cantilever force on the rear end of the truck by the tailgate. This can cause fractures on the main chassis frame which can ultimately lead to failure. The shocks are meanwhile probably enduring a severe beating as well.
Not really needed but they should add a rear axle, since most trucks where I drive are 2 rear axle trucks with only one out of 100 has a an extra tandem axle. And they all suffer from rust in the back and none have broken at the chasis frame
