Doflamingo ate the String fruit, which gave him string powers. He can control people's bodies, slice stuff, and fly by swinging his strings.
The shockwave attack he sometimes uses is called Conquerers Haki.
You notice how some characters turned their fists or entire body into black metal? Thats also a form of haki.
Specifically armament haki which enhances offense and defense
There is also observation haki which is a sensory ability

Law actually probably has the most versatile and one of the most powerful fruits in one piece. Doflamingo was just a extremely poor matchup for him due to the fact he trained law how to fight. So Doflamingo is able to easily read his moves
About Doflamingo’s father… it wasn’t that he was ignorant, he just didn’t know that the animosity towards the Celestial Dragons ran so deep. If he had been warned that commoners hated the Celestial Dragons then he would’ve kept his mouth shut. It didn’t matter that he was different, for the people who had lost something or someone to Celestial Dragons it was a spiritual get back for how they suffered in silence under their rule. Kind of messed up that the marines who escorted him and his family to that island never informed him of any of this.

Not knowing something isn’t ignorance. He still didn’t know the hate was THAT deep, only that the other celestial dragons did immoral stuff.
He never actually said they were celestial dragons in the manga. They only found out because doffy yelling about slaves and stuff.
Nobody? Okay! The reason the Celestial Dragons wear bubbles on their heads is because they believe they shouldn't even be breathing the same air as everyone else.
Haki roughly translates to ambition. It's the physical manifestation of the user's ambition. The stronger the ambition the stronger the effects. There are three types: Observation, Armament and Conquerors! I'm sure someone would explain in detail... or just watch the show!😅
Why write a "rough" translation of haki when the literal translation and the core of what that power actually is would be "willpower"?
Law actually has one of, if not THE most busted fruit in One Piece. Law is also a surgeon, so he can use his fruit to not only heal himself, but others as well, to an insane degree. On top of that, his fruit allows him to create a "Room", which is basically expand a force field around him of any size, and he can control/manipulate everything within that force field. He can also use his fruit to teleport himself and/or others by swapping them with people or objects at the destination. AND he can take out people's hearts (without killing them) and put said hearts into another person's body, thereby swapping their souls. This man be pulling new powers out his ass all the time 😂
I think he struggled against Doffy for multiple reasons:
- Aside from devil fruit, there's also haki, which is basically when a person can harvest their spiritual energy. Everyone theoretically has haki, but most are unaware of it and never learn to master it. Doffy unleashed his haki for the first time when him and his father and brother were strung up by the villagers. Law can also use his haki, but it's likely, at this point in the narrative, Doffy's haki is just stronger
- Law uses his devil fruit as a surgeon, meaning he has to make specific movements for an attack. Doffy's string allow him to halt said movement, so he's constantly interfering before Law can strike. It's just a bad match up in terms of fruit powers.
- Doffy studied Law's fruit and knows everything about it, making it easier for him to anticipate most of Law's moves.
- Going in, Law fully expected to die fighting Doffy. He sent his crew away for their safety, thinking he'd never make it back to them. He was revenge for Corazon, but his objective was mainly to delay Doffy in order for the Straw Hats to carry out the mission
- Finally, I think that, despite Law being one of the most analytical characters in OP, this confrontation was just too close to his heart because of what happened to Corazon. He's not the most emotive guy, but the pure hatred he feels towards Doffy didn't help his focus.
Basically law is like a god inside his room , he can do anything. But the way doffy uses his powers is crazy , he is very very smart and strong .
The heavenly demon 👹 , he's my fav villain in anime and manga ..
The main characters name is Monkey "D" Luffy 23:37 the D means something and we don't know what it means yet.

*I stand by my guess back when I was 7 (2004)… I believe it stands for “Dream” or “Dreamer”, something to do with Dreams…*
*Because obviously Luffy is a big dreamer, he has his dream of becoming Pirate King, recently he said he has ANOTHER dream which Ace & Sabo laughed at, and he protects others dreams… Right away in Episode 2 Luffy says to Helmeppo “you ruined my friend Coby’s dream!” So obviously he’s a dreamer, Garp we honestly don’t know enough about his history to know if he has a dream, Dragon obviously has one, obviously there’s Roger, Law obviously had one and probably still does, Kid obviously has one, then there’s Blackbeard, Ace, Rocks & Saul…There isn’t ONE character with “the big D” in their name that either isn’t a dreamer, or that we don’t know their history completely to be able to tell if they have one or not…*
*I understand that in 2004, we weren’t even up to Water 7, but I didn’t need that long list of people for my theory, because I already saw Luffy, Ace & Roger who had all proven that they were all Dreamers… If my theory comes true, I will feel so validated… 20+ years now I’ve had that theory, and the question as to what it means has still not been answered let alone proving my theory… I swear to god, if Oda ends One Piece without answering that question, I will probably hate One Piece just because of that. 😂*

*Devil fruits: doflamingo has the string string fruit
*Haki: there are 3 types of haki. Only 2 types of haki everyone in the world has and can train. But the third haki "conquerors haki" cannot be trained to have. You either have it or you don't. The other 2 types are armament haki and observation haki. And they all have their advanced forms.
Now you can learn more about One Piece
So you see the things Trebol handed doffy, fruit called ito ito no mi and the gun, he ate the fruit and obtained it's power, which is to generate strings using his fingertips.
He can basically control people by attaching a string to them, slice buildings, shoot strings like bullet and reattach his organs like how it was portrayed in the video, and one more interesting thing is that he can literally navigate through the sky by attaching his strings to the clouds

Fun Fact: Luffy took off his sandals before going Gear 4 because that move spawns better sandals that wont fall off.

I often compare Doffy to a character from a JRPG called Suikoden II named Luca Blight; Luca was a vicious SOB and you are made to hate his guts the moment you meet him. Dood has one of his lackeys orchestrate a massacre of these teenage soldiers and pin it on another country so he can rile up his homeland to be gung ho for war. He then proceeds to massacre thousands of people, burn towns, villages, and cities, after that he commits patricide, and even backstabs one of his own generals(who btw joins the protag's side) and emotionally manipulates his sister, though she had the self awareness to know what he was doing. And even after you slay his ass, he is not sad, he's not mad, bro just laughs; cuz he knows the war he started will continue and he butchered thousands of people and it took a union of people, some of whom did not fully like each other, to bring him down. You are left feeling bittersweet, because Luca in the end, wanted to die, but he also wanted to take as many people, innocent or guilty, down with him; bro was a straight psychopath.
I kinda want to watch One Piece too… 1109 plus 75 “filler” episodes?!?! I just googled it like lord good luck finishing all that this year bro😂😂

@@Myreactionwhen_80085 as someone who has watched both ways, I prefer just straight binging it. If you get to them moments where it drags on, simply fast forward a little. Nowadays I can watch 5-6 episodes in an hour if I want, having seen it before helps, but there’s also a lot of moments you can fast forward after the first time because they drag on a little.
My best examples (without spoiling) would be Luffy at the beginning of Whole Cake Arc, quite a few moments in Impel Down/Marineford, The Fighting during Dressrosa & OBVIOUSLY The Foxy Pirates… The way CJ said “I hate this man” and showing that picture of Mordecai when talking about Trebol, is how I react whenever I see Foxy… I hate that character so much, he’s like Buggy in that he has an overpowered ability but is useless himself, but unlike Buggy he isn’t funny or entertaining, just an annoyance. 😂
Aokiji would have fed Doflamingo his breakfast, lunch, brunch,dinner and Sunday dinner. You see all that snow? Aokiji and another admiral got into a fight on that island and destroyed its ecosystem.

I'm just going to say this now every celestial dragon thinks they're praised even though they're not. People fear them not praise them.
Ok since nobody explaining haki and devil fruits are the main powers in One Piece. Haki is will power and specifically conquerors haki allows you to overwhelm someone with your will through an aura blast. Devil fruits are fruits that grow randomly around the world and if you eat it you gain the fruits ability in doffy case string.
Mind you doffy also owns human trafficking houses 😂😂
When Doffy was a kid, Trebol gave him a gun and the string fruit, wielding strings is his main source of power, the shockwave is another power called Conqueror's Haki, its basicly Will power, and its allow one to yield your will onto others and those who are weak willed individuals lose conciousness when it is used.
Cj may have a slight bias against law cause the first time law got shot up doflamingo was keeping him alive, and law can straight up do surgery on himself with the ope ope no mi aka the operation fruit, where law can make a room where he has full control over everything in it. So removing bullets from himself isn't hard, and the second time he got bullet dumped wasn't even him. i think it was just a random dude.
the only reason why doffy's string fruit was OP is because of doffy
if any other person got that string fruit they would probably not have the same skills doffy had

its complicated... takes actually watching one piece from the beginning to understand his powers. his string power is basically like.. everything is connected right? and he can tap into the literal strings that are these "connections" (something like that)....the conquers haki is something very rare that you have to be born with. people that have it are said to be NATURAL born kings and have a will so strong, they can use, said will, to instantly K.O people who are weak willed.

Conquerors haki is inside those with strong will’s in the world of One Piece, only few people can use it but your a stamped leader if you have it.
