  • Coach Prime will STAY at Colorado and coach the Buffs!
Deion Sanders has transformed the Colorado Buffaloes football program over the last two seasons. The Buffs are currently 7-2 and on the path to play in the College Football Playoff. Despite Colorado's success, there is speculation that Coach Prime could leave after the season to coach in the NFL or another college program. Stephen A. Smith, Michael Irvin and other media members have added fuel to the fire for the topic. Shawn Drotar and Aniello Piro break down why Coach Prime won't make the jump to the NFL, or another college program, despite the speculation.

CP is all about relationships. He has a great relationship with Rick George. The man that gave him a chance, when no one else did

Coach Prime has said that he has 10 more years to coach and it will be at CU! Nothing more needs to be said!

colorado is perfect for Prime just like Jackson State was. Unlike JS, CU is keeping its word with the coach when it comes to his marketing opportunities. He would not get these marketing breaks, example his name on apparel, at another school nor the autonomy he has when it comes to controlling the team and hiring staff.
Other schools, though bigger, would wnt to control him.

Coach prime is not leaving, CU is his baby, he rebuilt it, and he will stay to make sure it stays built.

Facts. 💯✅ Coach Sanders is creating the bigger and better at Boulder. I’d rather watch CU than any NFL team.

Coach Prime is in line for a MASSIVE contract extension, his current contract is undervalued.
He has Schmitty that has 20 years of experience at NIKE and can get his merch done for him.
He has AD Rick George that allows him freedom to explore opportunities for the PRIME brand that a more conservative "winning" program wouldn't be open to.
    Why would he leave???

also look at the recruting right now.....cu is flipping recruits like crazy that is not a sign of a coach thinking about leaving.....dont you think these players that are flipping are asking the same question on if prime is gonna be there....they wouldnt flip if he said he wasnt sure. I mean CU got a recruit who has flipped several times why would he committ to cu to end up flipping again for like a 4th time......people just dont get it and dont look at all the facts

The only people talking Prime leaving are the talking heads.....
Prime wants a statue in Boulder.

They should give him one. In fact, replace the one in front of the stadium of a buffalo that’s LAYING DOWN.

Idiots and haters fail to recognize that Coach Prime has transformed Colorado into the best coaching job in America. There is no reason why he would leave. There is nothing he cannot get at Colorado.

Coach already got that FU money! That's no longer his primary motivation. He's called by
God to lead young boys to men. Period'T!

I’d add that his calling is to be the first black head coach to win a division 1 NCAA championship with young men who love football.

He ain’t going nowhere. Why would he go to a “blue blood” program and have to deal with the boosters who run those programs? He’s THE guy in Boulder…no question.

With all of the positive things happening for the Buffs program i.e., NIL money, IMG direct pipeline, top tier recruiting, NIL credit card and the prospect of Colorado dominating the Big 12 for years to come, it is no wonder why most college coaches want Deion to leave Colorado for the NFL They simply can't compete with the Prime effect. Steven A Smith may be a suspect mouthpiece for backroom shadowy figures with his Deion for the Dallas Cowboys coaching job. And you really know that narrative is fishy when it is enthusiastically back by chief Deion hater Paul dumbo ears Finebaum. First Paul said Deion couldn't coach in the power 5 coming from an HBCJ. Then he labeled him a bad coach for his first year. It was only 3 months ago that Finebaum declared Colorado as ill-relevant, would not win more than 3 games and wouldn't become bowl eligible. He said that CU making the college playoffs was totally out of the question. Now this turncoat says Deion is a great coach for the Dallas Cowboys. This fool is transparent as glass, everybody can see through his b.s...

Coach Prime called Coaching his "Calling" you don't walk away from your Calling or the place GOD has called you to be. Perfect example is Jonah and the whale.

Crazy how entitled and presumptuous the SEC and East Coast talking heads can be when they believe with conviction that they can just treat Deion Sanders and the human capital at Colorado like items that can be picked up at the Dollar General.
Deion Sanders can now treat the SEC like the Dollar Store.

I read somewhere that he may want to go to the NFL because CF bureaucracy is really complicated behind the scenes.
Yeah, that comment got ratiod. Sko Buffs!

Deion makes more money for CU than he gets paid. It’s not about money, he’s choosing to stay at CU.

Prime wants to be the first black head coach to win a national championship! He thinks of himself as an innovator not a follower. The SEC and BIG10’s boosters are like nagging wives, who wants to come home to that. Imagine Deion listening to some non athletic grandpa who sees money not a vision.
