Thanks to Dr Amen for his advices.
I‘d like to add a UA-cam short by Dr Alan Mandell. He says that foods like potatoes, bread, rice, pasta .,,contain starch, which is a polysaccharide (multiple types of sugar) . It helps to deepfreeze these foods to make starch resistant, which inhibits that these sugars get transformed into body fat. The other benefit is that resistant starch is a nutrient for your beneficial gut bacteria.
Boiled potatoes, boiled rice .,., if not deepfreezed, keep them at least for 12 hours in the fridge before rehashing.

My life changed when I switched my breakfast cereal / toast / muesli out for 2 eggs or a small serving of meat on a small slice of buttered toast.
Years of over emotional irrationality was instantly shut down. That was 30 years ago. I don't believe for a second that bread and taters are bad if eaten as a small to moderate serving in a mixed meal. The fact that people are consuming them in such large amounts without protein, healthy fats and plenty of veggies is probably the bigger problem.

If you consume these items with protein and fat, it basically cancels out the spike in blood sugar because it’s digested more slowly. So adding meat, eggs or avocado to your toast will do it, and I find if I have a bagel with peanut butter that will eliminate the spike
Too. They say chips or fries are better than a plain potato (the fat). Or if you eat your potatoes with meat or your rice with beef or chicken stir fry you’ll be fine. Don’t just eat plain toast or toast with jelly. Or a potato on its own

It's more due to foods that raise cortisol and adrenaline, ie those you have sensitivities too. Most common=milk protein and lactose, wheat, corn starch.
