HI there. Great video! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Do you use the DIgitrax transponding features like the RX4, etc. ? If so, have you thought of creating a video showing how to setup Digitrax transponding with the BDL and RX* transponders?
I've been searching for a how to video on this, but haven't found anything helpful.
    Cheers!

Even though your AC 110 comes from one outlet, your entire ‘DC(C)’ setup looks awesome. Never saw those red cable brackets before, they indeed look awesome.

I understand what you did and why you did what you did, you do excellent work. What I don't understand quite yet is block detection. I'm still an Nkob (new kid on the block) so I'm still learning. If I'm running the Bachmann Ez command simple system, what would I have to do to add block detection to my layout? Would I have to scrap the bachmann setup and invest in all digitrax?

BFU Railroad ...Thanks! I installed all this to be able to both run my layout from one location hike tracking multiple trains and for future operation session. To answer your question....you don’t have to abandon your DCC system to run block detection and you certainly don’t have to use Digitrax circuit boards. There are a bunch of ways to get it done and they’re easily accessible. With that said, I believe you can use Digitrax block detection boards on most DCC systems including yours but I thing you need to get some kind of adapter to convert the loconet aspect. I’m not familiar with setting up any other system because like you this is my first attempt at this so I only know Digitrax but UA-cam is a goldmine when it comes to information about all of this. I’ll do my best to help you if you decide to do it. 👍

What power adapter do you use to power your BDL168's?
