Do you have any suggestions for someone who is having to give up their dream due to their health challenges? I'm walking with my 17-year-old daughter whose love is soccer. She has developed asthma and can no longer play well at a competitive level. She asked today if there was soccer in heaven to give herself some hope...What can I do?
Good morning Laura! Thank you for your question. I’m really sorry to hear about your daughter. One thing I know is that God is god of healing and restoration. Asthma doesn’t glorify God anywhere near as much as your daughter fulfilling the dreams and destiny on her life. I’m sure you probably already have, but I imagine her touching the world through this gift of soccer. So, I encourage you when you see this to pray with me over her please. Father, we bless your daughter. We bless this daughter that you have chosen. And we release the Glory of God over her body right now in the name of Jesus. We speak to asthma and we tell you to go right now in Jesus’ name. Lungs be healed and fully restored. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen. Jesus is in me and and the holy kingdom is apone each one of us in who we buleave in his image in us and it will remain untill we die .
