    Why do people wear wrist straps when lifting really light weights. or walk about in them throughout entire gym session??

    Thanks Eric. One possibly silly question please.. I usually wear mat Garmin watch in the gym. I can't see any photos of anyone wearing a watch with these straps. Can you just move it up your wrist a bit or does using straps basically mean you have to take your watch off to train? Thanks!

    Older lady with sore hands. Do you think straps will help relieve tension on my hands? I have to go down in weight when doing seated row and lat pull down because my hands hurt. Thanks. Love your channel.

      most wrist wraps still require your hands to hold on to the straps, however I am sure there are some wrist wraps that you can use that put no load on your hands.

      Sandra - cellulite is 100% normal :) You would be trying to change something that's normal.. Of course you can build muscle in that area.. but olease know there is nothing "wrong" with you for having cellulite my friend :)
