Great video, I'm from Kilmarnock and come into the windfarm from the Waterside entrance. Have you ever done the Weavers trail route into Darvel ?
We did this sort of riding back in the 70s on Sunday club runs on road bikes and called it rough stuff and the trails were a lot worse no problem

Brilliant video, E. This is one of my haunts, tho I come in from the Ardochrig side, from Strathaven. (I was the Strava 'Local Legend' on this for a wee while).
I miss my wee espresso at the Visitors Centre and home. I'll maybe see you out there soon!

Having just got a gravel bike coming from road I'm glad I've found your vid. This area seems amazing for the gravel stuff.

Thanks 😊 I headed in via the Strathaven Road next to Eaglesham and up through Carrot Moor farm, the road can be seen on Google maps but it has no name. Great way to avoid the crowds!
