Nice one, I lived in Elmada while I was still a student though I left after my 300 level. I wish you had made a video of Block A instead, the kitchens there are more beautiful and organized, each room on the floor have their own cupboard to put away their cooking utensils and foodstuffs as well.

The rent for one person is 105 thousand while the mattress is about 25 thousand now if I'm not mistaken. If you're coming in newly, you will have to pay about 130,000. If you want to be just two in a room or have the room to yourself, you can be sure the amount will be veryyy expensive.

Business still dey happen there too. You and your roommates can decide to lap more students in the room and collect money from them.
