I do not and will not take credit for this. I found this at IMBD trivia for Uno the movie. I really hope this is true:
Ryan's last play of the game (before he leaves) is to use a Wild Draw Four Card on Geoff and change the color to yellow. Had he changed the color to green, Gavin would have won with 500 points and the movie would have ended an hour and a half early, effectively cutting the length in half.

there's a moment, idk if it's in this video, Jeremy asks gavin what colour he needed and gavin lied. had he answered honestly, he would've won

Despite how absolutely amazing this edited, shortened version of Uno: The Movie is, you really need to watch the original to understand their descent into madness and join them for the slippery slope of delirium.

Not sure if joking or not, but would easily fit on a DVD. Each Hobbit and Lord of the Rings movie is basically 3 hours long and UNO: The Movie is only 2

Probably somee of my favorite moments were the mini sagas hidden beneath the chaos, like the ocean, it multiplied, the piss hand , and most of all (if i remember correctly) the saga of the red 7

This was the best psychological horror movie ever.
My fav part in the whole movie is Kat saying "Gavin!" in the same tone that pretty much everyone says his name when they are annoyed or disappointed with him.
The fact the people not connected to Achievement Hunter know when Gavin did something stupid is hilarious

Seeing that some of your favorite scenes were when they ended a game, with nothing between, tells me that this wasn't exactly a rollercoaster of emotion throughout.

The minute that follows 13:10 may quite possibly be the most I laughed upon initially seeing the video, i always come back here just for those moments
The best part is seeing when Gavin says they're almost 2 hours in, and knowing that Jeremy, in last place at the time, wins.

I'm surprised that you missed the scene where Geoff said this was the best game ever. Then yelled "WHY GREEN!?" And when Jeremy said he step on Gavin's neck. But other than that, this is awesome!
I love how their will to live is just diminishing with each card that's played, like they don't even have the strength and will accept death all because of Uno. Uno is the name of the devil to them now.
