I knew all his intention from the beginning. He wanna make his way out by the front door and use the truly sniper spot (require taking out room's guard to keep the SA). But honestly, that's ways too around when you already had a chance to just shoot her instead of luring a guard to wake her up. Nevertheless, it's still an inspering gamplay that standout from all the copium routes other people made.
Good work, I learned a thing or two.
I would just can bait single fabian by using tranquilizer when he walk up the stair instead of timing for the whole gang. Still, I can't figure out a way to clear the room without doing a mission story or subdue all.. Maybe a fire alarm or explosion to the window?

She was knocked out by the tranquilizer which count as an accidental knockout, I lured a guard from the ground level to her office to wake her up.
