In this video I will talk about a special case of beekeeping on the 145 frame, how to switch to this frame from the traditional 300th.
This is my personal experiment and I do not advise copying it until it is over. Today I present the second part of the active phase of the transition. Let me remind you, first of all, I delivered the 145th frame to my family for the 300th frame in two paired cases for 145. thus, I got a stock of burnt frames, which I put over the "main" frames through the dividing grid and let the queen into it. My goal is to develop families on the new 145 frames (dry and waxy) and let a new nascent bee come out in the lower building. Then, after 21 days, I will remove the 300th frame, while I will increase the number of 145 as the brood comes out and the existing ones are hatched.
