12 years later this is still one of my favourite demetori soundtracks
The Panzer VIII's original designation was VK 100.01 Porsche Type 205, but the sheer pointlessness and hilarity of designing such a slow, massive tank of equally questionable practicality led to the engineers who built and watched over the first prototype to refer to it offhand as the "little mouse" out of tongue-in-cheek irony. As with the "Stubborn Emil" tank destroyer named for its relentless habit of constantly breaking down for no reason, "Maus" thereafter stuck as an official name.
