When the Voice was talking about the "others" it actually meant the different pieces of Ennard that are in the other animatronics. I think the Voice is like Ennard's conscience or something. But I wonder: if Funtime Foxy was in charge of keeping Ennard's conscience, then what do the others have?

Wow, we get to see the voice’s model for the first time! And she is just a small mess of wires. This confirms that she is indeed simply a part of Ennard, and she cannot resemble Ennard until all of her parts together.
Ennard’s parts are probably in each of the animatronics, which ties into the ‘there’s a little of me in everybody’ line that ties back into the Ennard we all know and love.
Thank you, GLG, for FINALLY giving the voice more screen time. She was starting to fade into obscurity, so it’s good that you brought her back!
