It's crazy how back in the 90's I was obsessed with this style of home especially that glass brick. Now it looks so dated and no one uses glass bricks they just went away. Unless you can find a millionaire that is a big fan of Miami Vice this house is going to need a complete demolition and new modern beach home with high ceilings, open floor plan and glass walls that disappear and create a seamless outdoor/indoor living area.

Is there a wave of outrageous price delusions going on in malibu or are there actually buyers for it? a couple of houses claim to be sold for 87 and 100 but those prices are a bit too neat and extreme to not be NFTs. Feels like someone is trying to fabricate something.
Do some research before you comment, this is arguable located in the most expensive neighborhood in the world. Mind you this is the place where homes get sold for 10’s of millions of dollars. The fact that it is located on paradise cove makes it worth 10’s of millions of dollars, than add the fact that it is 2 acres and has nice architectural design.

It has some decent architecture but it's showing a bit of age and it's a wedge lot with only a narrow view to the ocean, that's poor people stuff. It's not 100 mill, it's not 75.

Malibu has some of the most beautiful homes on earth. However you're just one landslide,fire or car crash on PCH from not getting home for two or three days.
