Hello. In 2013 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. My reading was 150/80. My doctor took it again and it was still high. I used to go to Jack in the Box and eat 3 Jumbo Jack sandwiches and fries. I didn't know it was raising my blood pressure. I also took an EKG test. I took my blood pressure last week and it was 111/76!!! God is awesome. I have cut back on fast food and now eat healthier.
