Homeless is a way of living or a art form one has mastered by default that only after self educating ourself, we will understand and accept them for who they are. In short, they don’t want to be us and we don’t want to be them but still, we both need to respect each other for who one is. Nonetheless, Life needs to go on in both our worlds because at the end of the day, we are just a little better than them at hiding our own flaws.

It's important to have grace for everyone we see along the way. The person might seem not mentally there, but the person is someone's child, someone's sibling, someone's loved one. The person was once an innocent child, somehow along the path. Somehow, life just took a turn for the worst. No one knows the future. We can lose everything at anytime.

Both his parents are dead. Sometimes you're dealt with a really shifty hand. Don't judge a person when you don't know the details. Trust me, I was just like you until it backfired on me.

And God is calling anyone whom is willing to answer God's call and able to help...
Everybody is equal in Life... Our lives will be good or bad is depends on how we live our lives or how we choose to live... So when we fall into a bad situation or into sins God will help human by human because God is holly and that kind of man is really dead in sins so God and him can not talk to each other, if God and him did so he will be dead in all parts, even we can not talk to God because we are sinners but we are not dead yet in sins like him, but if God forgive us, we can talk to God and God can talk to us... That is why God needs human to help human... and there are more to explain about life...
I think that all the Hmongs should have one group to help those kindsof people like him... (Help by God not by humans, that means humans help humans by the wisdom of God)

I see two homeless Hmong by the fairgrounds often. They look young, around 30s, but I can tell they likely use drugs. I live in this area. But yes, by the canal on McKinley I’ve seen many more. It’s sad man. Fresno has thousands of homeless. 😢

You have no right to approach him and start asking questions. He’s struggling as it is and im sure is ashamed of the situation he’s in. No need for a long interview. Also at least inform him your are recording him. The guy was so embarrassed he was looking to get away from you. Just give him money and be on your way.
