@@cowdogflicks afternoon, can you tell us if we need permits to ride the trails? We Live in Texas and no permits are required. However, we’ve heard other States may require them. Love your videos, thank you!
Next best thing to being there is watching your videos. And every time I watch one my sincere admiration for your horses, and mules, just grows. Such intensely blue skies!! All just so beautiful. Out of all the bird calls I only recognized a woodpecker. You've got some real different wildlife out than than we do here in Illinois. Chances are I'll never make it out that way but you bring the sheer beauty of it out in these wonderful videos. Thanks so much!! Nice to see your wives there to greet you 😊. Y'all take care and see you next time. 🥰
Love you vids Im old and my horses have passed on so I get to live through you I sure do appreciate all the hard work you go through filming this for us.....
Well sir, thank you so very much for these videos. I live Minnesota for now, I am from northern New Mexico. I grew up in the Jemez Mountains. Well they have been calling me home. Your videos have helped a great bunch.y wife and I will be moving back in 2026. I haven't been home since the nineties. I just retired from the army and well here there are no real mountains. You have been feeding the mountains to me 5:32
Thanks for taking us along on this ride to the mountains and lakes. The scenery was so pretty. Sad about the burnt trees. Nice that the ladies were waiting on you.
Great video .. beautiful country .. wish we had more water down here those mountain lakes look nice .. mountains are calling me too just gotta get my new mule ..
That was another great video of yours. Beautiful country up there in the Winds. The only way I get back in places like that is with my two feet and what I can carry. I'm envious in a way...but, I don't have to care for horses all the time either. That sure looked like a lot of fun. Thanks a bunch for sharin!
Watcher for awhile; subscriber now. Couple of questions... Why do you take so much gear for two folks? 1) Because you can? 2) To keep the art of horse packing / cowboy camping alive and keep your horses/mules in practice/shape? or 3)? Also I was wondering....do you have to do any doctoring of the horses hocks/lower legs after a tough rock filled trail like that? Have you ever had a horse stumble and go down? Enjoy your content.
What a great way to escape the world’s problems. At least for 30 minutes! Thanks for the ride!
glad you enjoyed it
