CAN I FIX MY KITE SURF BAR / OZONE V4 WATER CONTACT De-Power PU/Amsteel Line FIX

In this video I have an attempt to fix my OZONE V4 Water Contact bar.

To be exact, the plastic sleeve covering the centre line of my bar got a bit 'cracky' , obstructing the smoothes of experience while using it, and I came up with an idea of aiding it.
