- The trailer of the upcoming thriller #LoopLapeta looks really exciting. With the star cast of #TaapseePannu and #TahirRajBhasin , the film is an adaptation of Run Lola Run and is essentially a time loop thriller that will release on the 4th of February. I sat with both the actors to discuss the film’s trailer, its unique colour palette and cinematography & what audiences can expect from it as it releases in a few weeks!

Taapsee's transition from being a little disinterested in the start of the interview thinking of it to be a regular interview to just jump in and get excited about cinematography topic and realising that it is not just a random interview in which the interviewer would ask about personal life rather then the film was quite interesting🤣🔥 good interview 🤩
A 28 year old UA-camr has far beteer interviewing skills than most of the seasoned jounalists and other industry veterans. To the point questions that seek informative answers. No fooling around with personal questions and inane stuff in general.

The smile spread over faces of both artists when jammy mentioned color palette and cinematography of trailer which such artists are not getting asked usually in run of the mill interviews. That smile is credit to jammy ❤️❤️❤️
Finally someone mentioned Gameover movie...this is why more actors should be interviewed by UA-camrs..they know ground reality in social media

I remember the times when Taapsee was considered just one more commercial heroine and taking her name as unlucky when the film flops , but I am glad she made it to bollywood and did Pink.. Post Pink even in South she is getting great scripts like Game over...

Awesome interview aside, the original film Run Lola Run came 24 years ago. Almost a quarter of a century. And Bollywood's remaking it now. Imagine how far behind we are in terms of content.

I think technically his debut was in Kai Po Che .....he played role of grown up Ali Hashmi , the gifted cricketer from locals of gujrat who gets trained by Sushant Singh Rajput. He was in last scene of movie. It was a 10-15 second role only.

I am glad that we are going to see a Hindi time loop thriller comedy, and what a casting, what a cinematography, what a trailer, I wish we would have seen this film in theaters.
I'm not in support of Tapsee's political stance but I do love her acting skills. I love her from the movie pink. Even now it give me chills. Also Badla was an amazing theatrical experience for me!!🤩🔥🔥🔥

Kudos to Jammy for this interview. The way both Tahir and Tapsee reacted shows how amazing of a host you are. Just a pointer. I wish you had asked them about the philosophical aspect of the film. Run Lola Run was a highly philosophical film and I'm curious how much of it is retained/rethought in Loop Lapeta.
I wish they'd addressed that to. There are explanations of both films on UA-cam that help explain the philosophy parts. But it is also anyone's valid takeaway of what the film might be saying to the viewer. Game Over is so brutally real even though much of the cruelty is metaphor for the cruelty of something else. Looop is so touching because so many of the characters show their vulnerability. So they are easier to identify with no matter what they do or say and one listens more closely to find what makes them tick.

How come Netflix series Russian Doll (2019) was not mentioned which I reckon is more closer to the Loop Lapeta's plot than the apparent adapted/inspired Run Lola Run (1998)? I think even the point of beginning of the loop is same, Infront of sink mirror just like Russian Doll.
