Vendor sub range - when your organization having N number of plants in all locations and even vendor side u have parent vendor and child vendor within all locations- in this case u will procure from child vendor to plant location and not from parent vendor to avoid extra transport/customs
In this case u will maintain vendor subrange with respect to plant level

Coming to data retention- you will maintain all master data’s as well transaction data and whenever u not require those data then u will delete but it will not delete from SAP suddenly, it will be maintained a schedule where data retention will takes place every 3/4 months all together once to avoid server related issues because of space

Hi ram, what is the use of payment terms option in vendor master company code data since the system will pick the payment terms(in PO as well as MIRO) which is maintained in purchase organization data of vendor master

Terms of payment and payment terms will be there
Now as per your question invoice level MIRO transaction pulls terms of payment due date

A small doubt regarding Number Ranges: We maintain number ranges from a given set of range selecting via F4. Could you please tell me when and how the given set of range is being maintained ? If we consumed all the numbers given then what will happen?
