Depends on your tastes I personally like taking raw tuna and dipping it in hot bowl of udon before I eat it not exactly raw and not exactly cooked more medium rare tuna😂😂
You definitely gotta figure out what you like. I had only tried typical western sushi before moving to Asia and I really didn't like it. I kept insisting for years that I hated all raw fish, but after living in Korea for a few years, I realised it was mostly salmon I didn't like cause it was too fatty for me. My family loves it, so that's the fish I had the most experience with back home. I found out that I really like sashimi but with less fatty fishes. Definitely taught me that it's worth trying out different stuff before you decide it aint for you cause wow, I'd kill for some sashimi, spicy soup and soju right now 😭😭
Hyun Moo did such a great job and it's even more awesome that he made the food for his friends 😄😄😄
Hyun Moo's laugh resembles my uncle's laugh 😂😂😂
