After his tech-house versions of Raffaella Carrà “Pedro” and Bob Merrill & Dean Martin “Mambo Italiano”, Italian dj & producer NRD1 presents a rework of “Music” by legendary American singer and songwriter Madonna, published in 2000 as first single of her homonymous 8th album. It conquered platinum awards in United States, Australia, Sweden and Denmark as well as gold awards in UK, Germany, France, Brasil, Belgium and Switzerland.
As the cowgirl Madonna sings “hey mr. dj, put a record on, I wanna dance with my baby” in her music video between the club, an animated world and around the city in her limousine, NRD1 recreates this atmosphere where music is like a positive addiction that literally joins our body and soul and “makes the people come together”.
NRD1 is a multiplatinum Italian DJ and producer who has been active in the music industry since 2012. His passion started at a young age and it began with the cover of Lykke Li “I Follow Rivers”, to then continue with his project Shanguy (multiplatinum) and Kanu.
NRD1's music is heavily influenced by his love of house, electro and progressive genres, which he blends together to create unique and energetic tracks. Some of NRD1's most popular tracks include "All Good Things (Come to an End)" that has over 1 million total Shazams and many awards. Was also resident of the party “Fuck Me I'm Famous” as Kanu in Summer 2018, and constantly in tour with Shanguy all over Europe and Asia, counting over 150M total streams and 55M total views on hits likes “La Louze”, “King Of The Jungle”, “Désolée”, “Toukassé” and more!
