Sorry Issac Insight, I beg to disagree with you in regards of the prices you have just mentioned. Secondly, Please everyone who wants to build, use a QS. QS, is a tool that will honestly guide you in building. Thirdly, with QS, you can start buying materials slowly then get a good builder & start building. Building is cheaper! N/B, There are different types of stones to build with.

Bricks, Jangili, Blocks, Pre-cast, Kidawa e.t.c Building a semi permanent should not be an opinion when the prices are almost the same. Someone that l know just built a house, 3bedroom with 3 bathroom with Kidawa stone, with 2.5M, and it included roofing. We are here to learn & to bless each by finding inexpensive ways of building homes that are beautiful.

Brick house is cheaper than semi permanent one because of its durability, fashionability.
