There was also a bug when rooms was new to doors that when the player was hiding in the locker in rooms. A-120 could still kill them inside the lockers. This once happened to me when i was in room A-587 😭😭
This is its A-120 original entity. A-200. A-200 makes a woosh sound high pitched upon spawning. Indicating its arrival. Unlike other entities, It appears infront of the last opened room outside the last opened room. Its probably deadly because of its silent nature. Its will chase players out of hiding spots. It is insta kill. Do know he has despawned. He makes a low pitched woosh sound to indicate it has despawned. Its called the happy scribble. The a-200 from original rooms got its audio glitched and doesnt make sound at all. So be careful after reaching A-200.
A-120 has somewhat of a similar aim script to A-200 except A-120 can’t no-clip through walls and doesn’t fully aim at the player while A-200 no-clips and fully aims at the player.
For 1:14, if you lower your graphics, then yes, it can go invisible for longer distances, as the lower the graphics, the longer the time period between 2 effect animations' starting time.
as far as I know, the a-120 ambient sound doesn't come from A-120 or is unused. In the original rooms game i believe it was associated with A-200, who doesn't appear in the Doors version of Rooms.
you also forgot one thing, A 120 follows you everywhere. so turning on the "Room For More" modifier, and do no hiding, A 120 will always kill you even if the hiding spot is safe.
A-200 spawns two rooms in front on the door stays idle for 5 sec then goes back but if you unhide it comes back like A-120 unlike he will not rebound he just despawns 56 rooms away

A-120 originates from A roms entity called A-200, A-120's Image is an edited version of A-200's image also the 3rd sound file you found for A-120 is also A-200's Sound Unlike A-120 A-200 is moderate speed also A-120 and A-200 Have The Same Mechanic
The highest room I got in rooms is A-921 I died by A-60 because when I was walking I heard a Sound so I continued walking and guess what A-90 stopped me AND A-60 WAS THERE I am still mad at him until I get the A-1000 badge.
