11:32 "The power's out though, how will the phone work?" Most old landlines actually use copper wires which are connected to the phone provider's offices and not the home's own power, so it can still work when the lights go out, my grandpa explained it to me when I was little :)

Thought this game was a homage to Friday the 13th but with an original character standing in for Jason, until they made you kill the dog…One of Kane Hodder(Jason)‘s lines he’ll never cross while filming is hurt a pet because he says “Jason wouldn’t do that”

this is a cool 2d side scrolling horror game. I wish there are more of these type of games cause having a horror genre in 2d to me it feels like there's less escape room and you feel more trapped and hopeless cause of the limited space to move or find a way out. and it'll be even more creepy if there are jumpscares and monster reveals like in 'Faith' series where they animate a pixelated monster in a true size and form
hey ryan been a fan for a while but i think you might like this game its a psychological horror game about depression its called cry of fear i think you will like it.(this game genuinly messed me up its really scared me.) anyways have a good day!!!
And lo, since I love Ryan's videos so much, I spent a literal hour and a half writing this story of my take on TERROR AT OAKHEART! This legit might be the longest story I have ever wrote, this took me 5 and a half hours so if you read it all I would sincerely appreciate it, and also be astronomically flabergasted and if you dont fall unconcious by the time you are half way through, and if you are wondering, with kinito and me, my favourite word is pulchritudinous, dont ask what it means, YOUR WELCOME, also a little warning, prepare yourself before you press read more, this is my longest story and my most proudest, I expect lots of comments below saying, IM NOT GOING TO READ ALL THAT, but I came prepared this time with a lot more than I usually bring to the table and this time I had to shorten it because youtube didnt allow me to post something that big lmao XD - *In the neon-lit streets of Oakheart, the vibrant pulse of the 1980s had been dampened by an eerie silence that hung in the air like a shroud. Ryan, a young college student visiting the town for a summer internship, found himself wandering aimlessly through the labyrinthine alleys, his footsteps echoing against the crumbling brick walls. It was a sweltering day, the sun beating down mercilessly upon the deserted streets, casting long shadows that seemed to stretch on for eternity. Ryan had been exploring the town, drawn by a sense of curiosity that bordered on obsession. But as he ventured deeper into the maze-like alleys, he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that gnawed at the edges of his consciousness. The alley was deserted, the only sounds the distant hum of traffic and the occasional flutter of wings as a lone pigeon took flight. But beneath the surface tranquility, there lurked a sense of something darker, something sinister that whispered of danger lurking just out of sight. As Ryan walked, he couldn't shake the feeling of being watched, the hairs on the back of his neck prickling with unease. He quickened his pace, eager to escape the oppressive atmosphere that seemed to suffocate him with each passing moment. But then, just as he was about to turn back, he heard it - a strange, guttural sound that seemed to emanate from the shadows themselves. It was a sound unlike anything he had ever heard before, a primal, animalistic cry that sent a shiver down his spine. For a moment, Ryan froze, his heart pounding in his chest as he strained to listen for any sign of movement. But the alley remained still, the only sound the pounding of his own heartbeat in his ears. With a shaky breath, Ryan pressed on, his footsteps echoing loudly against the cracked pavement. He knew he should turn back, that he should heed the warning signs that screamed at him to flee. But something compelled him forward, a curiosity that bordered on madness. And so, with each step, Ryan plunged deeper into the darkness, his mind racing with a thousand unanswered questions. What was the source of that strange sound? And what secrets lay hidden within the labyrinthine alleys of Oakheart? As he rounded a corner, Ryan found himself face to face with the entrance to the abandoned junkyard, its rusted gates creaking ominously in the breeze. The air seemed to grow colder, the shadows deeper, as if the very darkness itself hungered for his soul. But Ryan knew that he had come too far to turn back now. With a grim determination, he pushed open the gates and stepped into the junkyard, the echoes of his own footsteps drowned out by the deafening silence that surrounded him. The junkyard stretched out before him like a graveyard of forgotten dreams, the twisted metal and decaying remnants of once-proud automobiles looming like silent sentinels in the gloom. And as Ryan gazed out into the desolate landscape, he knew that he was not alone. For somewhere in the shadows, lurking just out of sight, the true terror of Oakheart awaited. And as Ryan took his first tentative steps into the heart of darkness, he knew that his journey had only just begun. As Ryan ventured deeper into the abandoned junkyard, the oppressive silence seemed to press down on him like a suffocating weight. Every shadow seemed to writhe with hidden menace, and the distant echoes of his footsteps rang hollow against the rusted metal and crumbling concrete. Suddenly, he felt it - a hot, fetid breath against the back of his neck, sending a chill racing down his spine. Instinctively, he spun around, his heart pounding in his chest, but there was nothing there. Just the empty expanse of the junkyard, stretching out before him like a graveyard of broken dreams. But then, without warning, pain exploded in his stomach, a searing agony that stole his breath and left him gasping for air. He staggered backward, clutching at the wound as blood seeped through his fingers, his vision swimming with waves of darkness. With a yelp of pain, Ryan stumbled forward, his footsteps echoing loudly against the twisted wreckage that littered the ground. He knew he had to keep moving, had to find someplace to hide before his attacker could finish him off. As he staggered deeper into the junkyard, his senses dulled by pain and fear, Ryan spotted a pile of decaying corpses nestled amidst the rusted husks of long-forgotten cars. With a desperate surge of adrenaline, he hurled himself into the mound of bodies, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he tried to stifle the sound of his own heartbeat. Holding his breath, he lay still, praying to whatever gods might be listening that he wouldn't be found. The minutes stretched on like hours, each second feeling like an eternity as he waited for the inevitable sound of footsteps approaching. But miraculously, the minutes passed in silence, broken only by the distant hum of traffic and the occasional flutter of wings as a lone bird took flight. And as Ryan lay hidden amongst the corpses, his blood mingling with theirs, he knew that his ordeal was far from over. For somewhere in the darkness, the true terror of Oakheart still lurked, waiting patiently for its next victim. And as Ryan closed his eyes and prayed for deliverance, he knew that his fight for survival had only just begun. With his heart pounding in his ears and adrenaline coursing through his veins, Ryan managed to break free from the clutches of his assailant. He staggered through the labyrinthine pathways of the junkyard, every step agonizing as he fought to stay ahead of the masked killer. But just as he reached what seemed like a dead end, with Teddy closing in on him, a deafening crash shattered the tense silence. Ryan looked up in disbelief as the massive crane that operated around the junkyard suddenly teetered, its metal frame groaning under the strain. Teddy, his masked visage contorted in horror, turned to see the impending danger just as the crane came crashing down upon him with a bone-shattering impact. A scream of agony pierced the air as metal met flesh, and in the chaos that followed, Ryan seized the opportunity to escape. He scrambled over the twisted wreckage and broken concrete, his body aching with every movement, until at last he stumbled out of the junkyard and into the dimly lit streets of Oakheart. With tears of relief streaming down his face, Ryan collapsed onto the pavement, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he basked in the warmth of his newfound freedom. The nightmare was finally over. In the days that followed, Ryan reunited with his family, the weight of the ordeal etched into every line on their faces. But as they embraced in a tearful reunion, surrounded by the gentle glow of the setting sun, they knew that they had emerged stronger, their bonds unbreakable in the face of adversity. As they walked hand in hand through the streets of Oakheart, the scars of the past slowly began to heal, replaced by a newfound sense of hope and resilience. And as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting its golden light upon the town that had been touched by darkness, Ryan and his family knew that they had triumphed over evil, their spirits unbroken and their hearts filled with gratitude for the precious gift of life* . And there it is lol, so much time put into this story, but this game is just truly amazing so I felt the honor to write this story, I hope no 6 year olds read this, or they may never be the same again lol, but apart from that, hope you enjoyed the story, and if you are wondering yes I am an author lol, I am writing a story called long may they stand with 37,000 words atm, AND EVERYONE KNOWS THAT AUTHORS GAME 23 hours a day lmao XD 💀💀💀
Dang, I read through the whole thing out loud in my narration voice and I must say your writing is phenomenal at some parts of it, I felt chills myself well done 💖
@@werewolfgirl1773 Lol, thank you, I put a lot of effort into my stories and always love comments like these, thank you for the support, I seriously really appreciate! The whole point of Teddy's rampage and massacre was very enthralling to me, and i've always been a fan of thriller movies, so I added some of that into it, and the junkyard hiding scene, came from inspiration with my other stories, as for the crane death, it was inspired by a horror game called Killer Junkyard, where a crane tries to pick you up and squash you lol. But still again, I want to reiterate my thanks for the compliment, hopefully Ryan will recognize me again lol, it would mean the world to me lol, anyway thanks XD, I put a lot of effort into my stories, so thanks for the support actually in fact at the moment I’m writing a story called long may they stand with 42,000 words hoping for around 50k or more and am at chapter 36 at the moment approaching the climax, it’s about two brothers who are sent to an island which has had reports of dinosaur sightings in the area, but once they finally arrived on a perilous track, they would soon realise that there was much more than just dinosaurs awaiting them on that island, and soon the fate of the entire world and the universe for that matter would rest in their fragile hands… hope you enjoyed that sneakpeak, lol even more reading to make your eyes bulge out of your sockets, just be wary when pressing the read more button, or you might just faint from the sheer amount of words underneath, AT LEAST YOU DIDNT FAINT FROM THE SHEER AMOUNT OF WORDS, OR DID YOU! This is ur queue to faint lmao XD 💀💀💀
@TheHollowGuy woah that sounds cool :0 also I don't mind reading stories with long texts in UA-cam comments since I like to read fanfics and webtoons that have interesting plots in their description and you're welcome 😊
@@werewolfgirl1773 Thanks lol, I do write fan fiction for a multiple of youtubers, and its always enjoyable to find people who make fan-fic/reading as much as I do, tbh this actually was inspired from a fan-fic writer on Ryan's Channel around 5 years ago, so that was a big help towards my writing, and as for the rest of the reasons, well lets just say I like seeing people metaphorically faint when the people who aren't prepared press read more lmao 😂
I really like this kind of game. Anytime you found games like this that you might enjoy, please make the video. It's so fun to watch and I enjoy it a lot. 😊

That's not Teddy.. his being controlled no choice.. They always blame the wrong person.. The only ones who deserve to suffer or die are those who finds fun from it or didn't feel anything. Teddy clearly don't wanna.
16:14 “Terry’s teddifying reign of terror”
this is a cool 2d side scrolling horror game.
I love how the killer is clearly and obviously inspired by Art the Clown
Teddy killing that camp counselor in the sleeping bag Jason style😂
hey ryan been a fan for a while but i think you might like this game its a psychological horror game about depression its called cry of fear i think you will like it.(this game genuinly messed me up its really scared me.) anyways have a good day!!!
Amazing video Ryan, i really liked this style of game and the longer video.
And lo, since I love Ryan's videos so much, I spent a literal hour and a half writing this story of my take on TERROR AT OAKHEART! This legit might be the longest story I have ever wrote, this took me 5 and a half hours so if you read it all I would sincerely appreciate it, and also be astronomically flabergasted and if you dont fall unconcious by the time you are half way through, and if you are wondering, with kinito and me, my favourite word is pulchritudinous, dont ask what it means, YOUR WELCOME, also a little warning, prepare yourself before you press read more, this is my longest story and my most proudest, I expect lots of comments below saying, IM NOT GOING TO READ ALL THAT, but I came prepared this time with a lot more than I usually bring to the table and this time I had to shorten it because youtube didnt allow me to post something that big lmao XD -
*In the neon-lit streets of Oakheart, the vibrant pulse of the 1980s had been dampened by an eerie silence that hung in the air like a shroud.
