@@Chaddypete Some good stuff to be found though, like since it's weigh and pay you can get polos for reasonably cheap and they are an easy money maker. Know you like to aim for 4-5x buying price so I could understand why you'd be picky. Can be fun to scour for the luxury brands sometimes though.
Love your content mate just subbed, is it random which charity shops you hit? Or how do you work on a month by month basis as I guess that’s a big part of it?
I wish I could i say I was organised with it but I just go where I land 😂 I do keep a note of where I’ve been so I tend to only go to same place monthly, but I like to go on random adventures so I just make it up as I go along
I've currently got that exact same BOSS Orange shirt you were gonna pick up, for sale 😅 Picked it up from a charity shop for £1.50. I'll be honest I'm trying to flip it for £15 but am just not getting any interest. Any tips or advice? Clothing isn't my regular area of expertise for reselling, if it wasn't obvious enough 😬😅
Just some items go off trend for a while and come back again at some point! It will sell eventually but will probably take some time. I just sold a Tommy Hilfiger shirt which I’ve had for 4 years 😂
@@Chaddypete 100% agree. I knew at the time that BOSS Orange was like...the more affordable version of Hugo Boss, but was still never leaving it at £1.50. Yeah I've been shifting alot of old stock recently which I've had for about a year. Just kept lowering prices till sold
Hi mate, loving your content and I have recently dipped my toe into the re-selling game! Hard work when you work full time as well but you can't beat the hunting buzz! Just a quick question? I notice you tend to sell alot to international buyers - do you use the global shipping programme ebay offers or not? Cheers
Loving the content as usual. Do you ever get charity shop workers increasing the price quickly because they know you and know you sell the clothes on ebay?
Hi mate, loving your videos mate been binge watching all of these sourcing videos, keep it up! Quick question when you're working out your profit for the month how do you get an exact figure because do you count the items that you've currently listed as a loss until it sells or do you not add them to your calculations until they've sold? thanks
So I don’t count the unsold items as it starts getting quite complicated. I have set amount I spend on buying items a month so I could deduct it that way
When people start they don’t have much capital so it’s better to flip as quick as possible so they can reinvest. Obviously if an item is worth 3/4 figures then I would happily wait, but for the day in/day out stuff I would rather see it gone 😂
I don’t expect you to answer this questions as it’s a little intrusive so I’ll keep it very vague. Do you make more than 20k a year doing this ? Just want to see if it’s worth doing on the side at weekends.
Enjoyed the video , how do you get the amount sold in 3 month and amount active is that on the Ebay app should do an app vid might be too handy for the competitors though..stay safe
Love the videos big man, Does anyone know the name Alan cherry, researched the name and found out he a famous designer. BUT..... can't find any items/ information to get a guide price on what I found. It's a late 80s early 90s blazer silk wool blend. Paid £12 but have no clue on worth
Quality video mate, just wondering how often you go out hunting? Is it as and when or do you go a certain number of times a week? I fancy getting involved in my area👌
@@Chaddypete quality stuff, cheers mate! Planning once a week for now so I can fit it in around my current job, who knows where it’ll go from there🔥 keep up the class content👍
Yoooo big man, I have a question, how do you cost your delivery's for international etc, Meaning I had someone from Norway buy a picture, it was £27 postage but to say USA it was almost 40 pound. How do you price for international delivery's when depending on country prices vary
I have a flat rate normally. European is £13 and The rest of the world is £20. In recent times US has got a bit more expensive so I just factor that into my pricing if someone send me an offer. This is only for clothes up to 2kg mind so it may be worth messaging buyers about the costs when purchasing
@@Chaddypete dude thank for your fast response, Love your videos btw, keep it up, You have motivated me to do it part time, well a hour a week, as work 6 days a week as a welder but have got some banging items thanks to you. I use the business eBay. I find you get a few more tools to work with but I’ve had it for so long I’m not sure if a personal one has improved! The technical answer is if you buying stuff to sell then you should have a business account but I’m not the police so it’s up to you 😂

Can you do a video on the actual selling aspect please bro? Like your most recent sales and how long they take to sell, best platforms to sell on and stuff would be really helpful thanks !!
To be honest I’ve made a few videos like this which are still up but no one seems to watch them. 😂
@@Chaddypete yes mate I found them earlier thank you!
I want to say, I love the “See you in a bit” 🤣😂
😂😂 the wife loves it as well! I’m not so sure!
Thoughts on Preloved Kilo? Went there the other day got a ton of vintage Adidas, pure cashmere scarf and a Loro Piana coat (insane find).
Yeah it’s definitely a good way to source but you have to be super picky as the prices are a bit higher 🔥
Hi mate have you done a video on how you look up solds prices etc?
Not yet, there are quite a few videos on the subject though
You picked up 3 Dockers. Guessing they are all the same size. Do you bundle items?
I would sell them individually more than likely
Love your content mate just subbed, is it random which charity shops you hit? Or how do you work on a month by month basis as I guess that’s a big part of it?
I wish I could i say I was organised with it but I just go where I land 😂 I do keep a note of where I’ve been so I tend to only go to same place monthly, but I like to go on random adventures so I just make it up as I go along
Hi Pete. Just wanted to ask what app you use when you're checking the price of an item m8 thanks 👍
I normally use eBay but only because it’s where I sell
Nice one thanks for your reply mate 👍
Yes Pete, 💣🔥 jacket, Versace t & Adidas hoody 💣🔥
Thank you mate! Appreciate the support 🙏
Thanks for the time
Thank you!
Hi mate, loving your content and I have recently dipped my toe into the re-selling game! Hard work when you work full time as well but you can't beat the hunting buzz! Just a quick question? I notice you tend to sell alot to international buyers - do you use the global shipping programme ebay offers or not? Cheers
I have it as a option but I tend to send internationally using my own postage!
Loving the content as usual. Do you ever get charity shop workers increasing the price quickly because they know you and know you sell the clothes on ebay?
I don’t think it’s ever happened, it’s normally the opposite! They let me get a lot of stuff for cheaper as they like to get more space for new stock!
@@Chaddypete wow thats fantastic
Hi mate, loving your videos mate been binge watching all of these sourcing videos, keep it up! Quick question when you're working out your profit for the month how do you get an exact figure because do you count the items that you've currently listed as a loss until it sells or do you not add them to your calculations until they've sold? thanks
So I don’t count the unsold items as it starts getting quite complicated. I have set amount I spend on buying items a month so I could deduct it that way
What does it matter if it sits for ages, its all profit. If its sitting there it's not hurting you is it?
When people start they don’t have much capital so it’s better to flip as quick as possible so they can reinvest. Obviously if an item is worth 3/4 figures then I would happily wait, but for the day in/day out stuff I would rather see it gone 😂
@@Chaddypete OK thank you
Hi mate, how do you view what an item sold for on eBay? Like when I look it only shows white prices not green?
On the eBay app and the website, there are filters, press the sold listings and the green ones appear
I don’t expect you to answer this questions as it’s a little intrusive so I’ll keep it very vague. Do you make more than 20k a year doing this ?
Just want to see if it’s worth doing on the side at weekends.
No worries! But yes I make more. The last couple years have been harder as you might imagine but it’s still doable
Nice stuff 👍 Show the Mrs your bits 🤣 Banger….🤔………🤣
😂😂😂
What reference app do you use mostly for prices ?
I use eBay mostly but google can be good as well
Enjoyed the video , how do you get the amount sold in 3 month and amount active is that on the Ebay app should do an app vid might be too handy for the competitors though..stay safe
Thanks for watching. Yes it is on the ebay app but it doesnt specifically say.
No idea why I have become addicted to watching you trawl through charity shops in nameless UK towns.
Couldn’t tell you why either 😂 but I’m glad you like them!
Love the videos big man,
Does anyone know the name Alan cherry, researched the name and found out he a famous designer.
BUT..... can't find any items/ information to get a guide price on what I found.
It's a late 80s early 90s blazer silk wool blend. Paid £12 but have no clue on worth
Not heard of it before personally!
@@Chaddypete that a bummer 😕
Myyy guy. Started hitting the chazzas after watching you. Nearly gave up until I found some white Christian Louboutin sneakers today. Keep it up
Oof 🔥 that’s what it’s all about!
@@Chaddypete #1 don of the chaddys
Quality video mate, just wondering how often you go out hunting? Is it as and when or do you go a certain number of times a week? I fancy getting involved in my area👌
I normally go out once a week but sometimes just drop in places as well through the week! Just hit the first shop and it’s very easy after that!
@@Chaddypete quality stuff, cheers mate! Planning once a week for now so I can fit it in around my current job, who knows where it’ll go from there🔥 keep up the class content👍
Yoooo big man, I have a question, how do you cost your delivery's for international etc,
Meaning I had someone from Norway buy a picture, it was £27 postage but to say USA it was almost 40 pound.
@@Chaddypete dude thank for your fast response,
Love your videos btw, keep it up,
You have motivated me to do it part time, well a hour a week, as work 6 days a week as a welder but have got some banging items thanks to you.
Look out for claudio lugli, you probably know all ready, havnt seen name come up in videos but a banger, If you find the nice shirts
When listing on eBay what sort of auction price do you set initially do you go high or go low and hope people bid up? Great videos as well mate
I normally use fixed price listings. I use auctions to get rid of slow stock normally
@@Chaddypete thanks mate
What size was the blue adidas hoodie? Could I buy it.
I’ll have to check and get back to you
Hi Pete, quick question, do you use ebay personal or business ? Which is the best option for re-selling ? Love your videos ! Thanks xx
I use the business eBay. I find you get a few more tools to work with but I’ve had it for so long I’m not sure if a personal one has improved! The technical answer is if you buying stuff to sell then you should have a business account but I’m not the police so it’s up to you 😂
@@Chaddypete do you need a registered business, vat account etc to have a business ebay account? Not sure how it works 😬Just starting out as a side hustle !
@@wendygarfagnana4681 no you don’t necessarily have to! I set up as a sole trader because I had to because of my last job. Normally you don’t have to worry about a vat account until you hit a certain large threshold
@@Chaddypete Brilliant, thanks ! Happy hunting !!!
Hey ! I was wondering if you could help , currently a student and looking to do reselling over the summer as I’m off for 6 months . Do you have a video where you go over the top 15 brands to look out for in the uk or something similar
I don’t have a video like that but I do talk about a lot of brands in my videos so it may be worth watching if you get time
More Blue Harbour than Barbour 😂
😂😂😂
Wow where do you sell the biker stuff I’ve got loads of mine and hubbies to get rid off
eBay has a big customer base for bike wear
What camera holder do you use bro ? Keep the vids coming
I use a Sametop chest mount
What do you use to film in the charity shops? Just your phone or some sort of body cam? :)
I use a go pro when I’m out now!
@@Chaddypete Cheers
Found 6 pairs of brand new Volcom pants for 10£. Can't decide to go scoop em up or leave em :| They still even have the Volcom "stickers" on em. hmmmm
I’ve never really picked up Volcom stuff so I can’t really say!
Just popped into the charity shop after work, found a hoody for £20, new condition, retails for £95 so giving it a shot...if it doesn't sell then I have a nice new hoody :) ... what is this "ean" thing on ebay? :)
That’s the beauty of it! It means European Article Number It’s basically the barcode number on this side of the world.
Cheers mate, only started following your channel recently (I'm a fellow Lancastrian) loads of charity shops round here so it's good as just a casual hobby 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@brentpatterson5715 it’s just a nice little extra thing you can do when you visit somewhere
Hey mate, just wondering if I could message you or something for some advice. Doing alright at reselling just starting up, but obviously need some pointers haha
