Rosé was invited by the first lady of US and first lady of korea to talk about mental health. She did a great job in the event. The editing was done in a way to make it look funny, it wasn't actually a awkward moment.
Rose was asked by Jill Biden to participate on a forum about mental health. She appears with the First Lady of Korea. (Sitting to her right). Rose gave small speech and actually did talk with the group along with the First Lady’s of US & Korea, Apple CEO and the Surgeon General.
Jennie's hylt intro was one of my most favorite moment of kpop 2023. It's just iconic >3

Thanks for your reaction, your reactions make my day. The clips with Rose were from a conference where First Lady Jill Biden and the First Lady of Korea invited her to speak about mental health. If I remember it was to speak about her experience with mental health issues as an idol. She spoke about something similar to what you were saying in the middle of your video, that was the question she answered from Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple. The original video is 50 minutes, but there are clips of Rose answering the question. Hope that helps.

So, about Cannes Festival (12:15) I think the editing made this to be something it's not. That whole group of people was the cast of the HBO show 'The Idol', in which Jennie had a supporting role. The entire cast was there to take pictures for the press and they were lined up so the actors with the lead roles were in the center (as is typical). However, the press taking pictures were chanting for Jennie the entire time, so much so, that after the entire group was done taking pictures and walked away they had to bring Jennie back on because she was in such high demand. This does really show how much of an impact she has and that's fantastic, but if anything the press was a little rude to all the other actors in that show (kind of disregarding them and only asking for Jennie), lol.
I appreciate you letting me know what happened there. It makes sense now. And yes, some of the editing done with this video doesn't give me the whole story. Haha
@@TRMReacts62812 Yeah, a lot of videos like this are meant to be a bit funny/tongue in cheek and I think they're aimed at people generally involved in fandom, that have seen the original clips/events as they happened and thus have the context and can just get a laugh. However, they can be a little confusing/misleading if you don't know what's going on.
Whenever u watch this kinda video frpm that channel, Its just for the memes/funny stuff. Nothing disrespectful whatsoever, just enjoyed it and laugh sir. 😂
I've come to expect that from kil mixes channel. I enjoy the goofy parts. Sometimes, the editing doesn't give me all the story, so I'm left with a lot of questions. Haha

I would like to add it's the US where cussing is normalized unlike Korea and Coachella is an event for 18+ ..so, basically there is more Freedom. The Born Pink album had explicit words as well.

5:22 jisoo is known for not crying in public. There are rare moments where her eyes were seen tearful. She is often asked this question: "Does jisoo cry?" But she says that she do cry but not in public. She says that she relieves her by herself and if she cry, who'll wipe other members' tears.

Boy, I completely agree with you Mr. Real McCoy about the f-bombs…used sparingly in certain contexts it can be pretty funny or at least not a big deal. So glad someone cleared up the Jennie at Cannes Festival with the cast of HBO "The Idol". Jennie played a small role on the show. I thought she did a great job. But she is an INTERNATIONAL STAR!! You can NOT just roll her out with the rest of the cast and expect people not to go berserk. It would be like having ELVIS come in a day or 2 and play a role on your show. Then trying to have him walk out with the cast. It should be a lesson about any member of Blackpink. They are TOO BIG FOR THE ROOM. You can't roll them out with the cast. BECAUSE if one of them walks out, it will suddenly be all about them. It's just how it is now. They are beloved around the world. Yes, you could say the photographers were rude to the rest of the cast (you could see their reactions). But they are there to get photos to sell whatever they are representing. If a SUPERSTAR walks out, they want photos of that person.

As others have commented Queen Rose' was invited by Jill Biden to speak at a forum for mental health held in conjunction with the APEC meeting. She did great and was so well spoken and got a hug from the First Lady at the end if I remember correctly.

They are Worldwide celebrities now. And they are getting very serious world shaking questions thrown at them. I'm guessing Rose' did know what kind of event she was invited to attend. Not that it naturally means she has ideal responses prepared for such serious questions. It appears she had a prepared speech to give stating her intentions. Just coming up with a meaningful response isn't always going to be so easy perhaps.
