Please speak for the everyday worker also who face the wrath of the owner or bosses everyday. This incident is a reflection of our culture and is not something unique. I have worked in Indian corporate for over 10 years and left india because of this superior subordinate culture. Today people who are reacting and condemning this incident don’t dare to speak up when they see same thing happening in their surroundings or even with them. People sitting in the power position misbehave and miss use their power. We as a society lack respect for human dignity and we need to accept this truth if we want to change.

Yes, you're right brother. I live in the USA and worked with lots of Americans and our Indian people. I also had a bad experience with Indian managers/VP's in the company. We feel so bad as Indians when someone from our country does this kind of thing to us. Currently, I am reporting to my boss who is white American guy but never faced any kind of issue with him even though we both have different culture.

I am having same treatment by my seniors being in BiG 4 one of the top rated corporate office. My seniors humiliates me always makes me feel that I’m the most dumb person yet this is just my 3rd month starting after joining and when I replied back they took me to the Assistant Director for attitude behaviour issues and AD obvi took their views in consideration and bashed me and said I’ll escalate this further if u behaves the same. Literally I was shocked.
I get humiliated whenever I ask any doubts whenever I ask any questions being a new joiner I makes small mistakes but their ego gets hurt because they reviews my tickets and they always complain about it!

What srk said to gambhir was right. They just own a team and they are not cricketers. They never know or never felt what cricketers go through during a match. So these owners scolding them regarding a match that also in front of the whole world, is really rude. How would the lsg owner feel, if kl rahul started giving him buisness advices, when he has clearly no experience in that field? Kkr had a rough patch in their ipl career too for the past 6 years, they couldnt even qualify to playoffs, but when did srk go and shout or insulted dinesh kartik or gambhir infront of everyone.
