I've an extremely oil skin. I've used many sunscreens which makes skin even more oiler. Also I'm also allergic to fragrance which leads to headache. So I always choose fragrance free one. Satisfying both conditions I've found vlcc mineral sunscreen non tinted version to be zero oily . the best sunscreen which suited for me..... Others are simple waste of money

From my point of view curd is the best sunscreen I tried all brands of sunscreen for 2years it made my face more duller later I started using curd before going out and after coming from severe sun exposure I just make face pack with besan turmeric and curd this works good on me.

Vitamin D is very important for our Hormones/ Immunsystem.. so Every Day Morgen Sunlight is very good for our health
Ma’am you ll get vitamin D anyway but after 8 or 9am the Sun rays have more UV rays and that is not good for our skin. We have more melanin so the chance of getting skin cancer is minimum but to have a good skin we should apply sunscreen. Saying this from my experience
