My M2 Comp came with some good PPF on it, across the nose, hood and rear hips to help protect it from road damage. It has done an excellent job over the years, but was starting to show some wear, and I really wanted a full wrap rather than just partial.
Instead of just renewing the clear PPF, we decided to go BIG with the latest film, but also do a full 'stealth' wrap! The OEM 'frozen' paint colors are amazing and a great option, but are very expensive, available in limited colors and CAN be very hard to maintain. If you DO get OEM frozen, you can absolutely get it wrapped btw to protect it, and I cannot imagine NOT doing it. There is the option though of the 'stealth' wrap that will take any color and make it appear frozen, so from sapphire black to frozen black in this case!
The end result is just SICK, and only seeing the car in person really does it justice!
Make SURE to call Jack at Prestige Auto Salon and see how he can work with you to fully protect your car, and maybe even upgrade like I did as well!
Thanks for watching and please try everything at your own risk. All work shown in best faith and effort, do this at your own risk.

That colour looked so good❤❤❤
Thank you!
Beautiful
thank you!
My 2023 M4 arrives in about a month and it’s getting full body stealth PPF. I can’t wait!
I bet that is going to look awesome! I wouldnt buy a new car these days without doing full PPF.
I can't decide if I would rather have a satin black wrap or a gloss black wrap? Satin is cool but it looks slightly odd and it draws tons of attention to itself.
Either way PPF is the way to go
It is a cool-looking car.
Thank you!
Homies wrapping in the Guccis 🫡
The way this turned out was amazing!
Looks great! Hard to find any footage of matte black M2s. Thanks for posting!
I love it! So glad it was done!
Looks great! What % tint do you have on your windows? I'm trying to decide what % to get and yours looks perfect!
Thank you so much! The sides and rear are 15%
Thanks!
Looks great! How much should you expect to pay for something like this?
Really depends on car, installer and what film but generally $5k and up.
Where can I get that exact same wrap material so I can do it my self. Got a 2020 m2 comp black, and want to make it matte like in the vid with PPF
I imagine you can find it.. not an easy job for sure.
@@BMWDIYGuy yeah, I’m sure it’s not easy. With patience and free time a lot of people can get it done.
Is it CARBON black? Thanks
Sapphire black
Why is this process of wrapping so expensive I wonder? Its just like a piece of some kind of material? is the material super expensive or something?
The material is expensive and then very labor intensive
How many years do you get out of this wrap?
Great question and I assume conditions make a big difference.. I don't have a formal answer but never heard age is a problem when talking with the shop.
Can I get the name of this wrap?
Its the new stealth wrap, STEK brand I think if I remember correctly..
Can we get a price on what we would pay for something like this ?
Depends heavily on the car, complexity and the film but $5k and up
My M4 was quoted from several places from between $5500-$7500.
