This was indeed an unintentional omission which has already been declared in "Subtitles" as well as in Video description. Please multiply 13.8 with root 3.
After including root 3 (which was left by mistake), you will get your answer as 3.402 p.u. (as shown in the video lecture). Just check it and let me know.

We know that in a 3-phase system, S=√3*V*I. Therefore, I=S/(√3*V). So, base current (lb) may be written as, Ib=Sb/(√3*Vb).
In case of Impedance we write Zpu=Z×(MVAbase/KVbase^2) then is this only applicable for impedance?
