Hey, I tried this recipe. One tip, make sure you have a pot thats wide enough to fit the roll. I had to do mine slanted.Other than that,,, came out great

I had this as a child when some family friends visited from Trinidad. I love it, actually thought it was fred fish.
I LOVE saheena will definitely try this recipe. Tried the double using the Instapot and my family refuses to buy doubles now
If I am going to indulge in anything deep fried, this might be it. With all of those dasheen leaves, this must be at least somewhat healthy right? ;)
