And government shuld also start checking on company if they actually follow the rules coz they follow it on paper but they don't actually do it in real. I know companies that pays 1200QR and make them work for 12 hours and 7 days and these employees can't go file a complaint coz first they are poor and will lose the job and second it will take a significant amount of time to get justice so they just work as it is. Qatar government should do something for these labour forces. It sounds really good on papers but reality might be vastly different.Thank you

I have simple 2 questions?1st=my salary package is =basic salary 1400qr+food 200+accommodation 400+transportation 200 so my food &accommodation will be increase. 2nd=no need to finish two years contract Need only 1/2 month notice period.
Important Question : What if we comply with all the rules and provide a notice period to our employer(lets say of 1 month), and he says "Ah ,you want to change your job. The ADLSA approved my transfer of employer in November 12 but on Monday November 22 I've received 2 messages, 1 is cancelled and the other 1 is Leave Country. I'm depressed and disappointed. This law is not reliable. This publicity. I hope the international human rights will investigate this no NOC rule because it's not real😥

In my own 7 years in my company I only one filed a vacation last MAY 2021 and reached by increasing air tickets and me deducting the cost of the air ticket , hope you can talk to your program. I'm sorry but I disagree, it is not QAR 375 (Philippine setting) besides its so low... when we talk about the "monthly" compensation, it is now a thousand QAR or higher especially some companies like BPO provided much higher compensation wages. But still, Filipinos adhere to work/live in Qatar looking for more greener pasture & earning QAR 4K++ especially to professionals is definitely a promising opportunity! Then, who can't oppose that right?!
Oman also revoked the NOC, but they did not mention if the worker can switch job even if the contract isn't expire, do you think the new Omani rule will be like Qatar?
Please cover a video also on what if the current employer not willing to give computer card and employee contract necessaryfor employee to change sponsor .
No NOC LAW is still a crap, how many employees in my company still not transfer, and some company when posting hiring, they still asking "with NOC", and ADLSA is sending text message "rejected", still, No NOC is not directly change company, the sponsors still have power to hold employee as long as they want.

Brother this law is only for qataris only,Im Indian and I applied for sponsorship change and I got approval from ADLSA and I got notice period for one month. And the day before my notice period expires,my sponsor ( qatari) went to ministry of labor in West bay and cancelled my sponsorship change.....I'm really helpless bro..😭
Some of this are not true....I work at Qatar emiri Air Force as a chef...I have a 5 yrs contract then suddenly they terminate the contract...but it’s ok for me coz my aim is to work again here in Qatar....after I applied for another job outside the ministry the military base (Qatar emiri airforce) didn’t want to sign any of the supporting documents for my transfer visa....they said the ministry didn’t allowed to give any supporting/legal documents for my/our transfer visa....

Minimum wage in Philippines is around 1000 riyal its 537 pesos a day in 26 days that is 13,962 and the 1000 riyal is only 13,130 only.
