At 2:24:45, there's a rare city mileage sign in both miles AND kilometers. There used to be signs like that on SB I-5 at CA-905, NB I-5 leaving Oceanside, and on NB I-5 approaching CA-1 in Dana Point. While the ones on SB I-5 near the border and NB I-5 near CA-1 were replaced by miles-only signs, the one leaving Oceanside was removed and never replaced. The only other sign like that I know of that's in the Southern California megalopolis is on NB I-15 just past the Lilac Road Bridge.

Hopefully this video won't get blocked, like the video you posted of the trip from Monterey to Encinitas on US-101, CA-46, and I-5 last year unfortunately has gotten. I enjoy the long trips, even watching them on video. I've watched a number of them, especially the ones from my old home of San Diego to either Los Angeles or Las Vegas, which are trips I've actually taken.

Looks better with the rear camera at the bottom you should do all the videos like that from start to finish.

So if you dont mind me asking how did you actually accompolish this, going to take a guess a say you used 2 cameras for this, one facing out the front of the car and the other facing out the rear to get the rear view for the mirror, am I right, and secondly if I may, what kind of Cam(s) did you use for this???? THANNKS

Dash cam with 2 channels; the main is mounted in front with a long usb cable going to the back mounted in the top of the rear windshield. Routing the usb cable is tricky and takes some planning and effort. USB runs through the edges of the driver side windows to edge of the rear windshield and then was inserted into the conduit used for the center brake light. It’s avoids the hinge is a very factory looking install. Power was routed down through driver’s a-pillar, front edge of door frame and then bottom of door frame to a power bank under driver’s seat. That power bank is then doubles back to the fuse by the footrest. Related bulk hardware, is behind the driver side vent. Other similar mods include a valentine one gen 2 radar detector and, usb power for a Lyft light up emblem that I used,
Thinkware f800 pro, still use it. 1080p. There are 4K options as well. But this ones has worked great for years without ever overheating in the desert or glitching. And it really seems like most 4K devices (GoPro for sure) have issues with overheating over long durations, even the new iPhone. IMO the extra resolution for evidence for most insurance scenarios won’t make a difference and providing 4K does not make a significant difference UA-cam views for the types of videos I share.
Fortunately I’ve only used it for UA-cam entertainment purposes and figuring out the neighborhood pranksters.

You mean San Diego, because that was right by the San Diego Airport, just before the Front Street/2nd Avenue exit. Why that's not frowned upon by the authorities is beyond me, because it's EXTREMELY dangerous.
