Marinduque Island Loop de loop part 1

Our merry little group biked the island of Marinduque so that we can pedal along the coastline.
It was fun, memorable and exciting. We were no experts in bike touring but our friends are... so we just laughed and had lots of good time.
Some tips when bike touring:
1. Have your bike checked and prepared. Make sure its in good pedaling condition.
2. Mentally prepare yourself for surprises. You won't expect it, but in case something comes up, you gotta be ready.
3. Train yourself physically. Be fit and healthy. Eat well and stretch. Get your cardio in a good rhythm.
4. Research on the area you will visit. Knowing is half the battle!
5. Pray and meditate. Be one with everything. Be grateful for nature.
