Salam aleykum sister, I just wanted to say that your awrah is shown in your video! Maybe you didn’t knew it! That’s why I’m remembering. What lies below the chin must be covered. I also didn’t knew this but allhamdulilah I’m covering this area too. You can ask a trustworthy scholar in your area to verify this information if you want! I want your best my sister!
let's say if someone with an American passport stays in Morocco for 6 months, and within that 6 month can that individual travel to Spain by a ferry for a few days stay and then comeback to Morocco from Spain? Does an individual need to notify the Moroccan authorities to do all the round trip travel by a ferry ?
Since you stayed beyond your 3 months visa and you do not have the carte sejour, you will need to notify about your travel ahead of time so that the letter is received to the authorities at the border you wish to pass thru. So you'll need to plan your travel ahead of time and present the ticket to the policestation/immigration. The process took about 3-5 days each time for us. But if you have the carte sejour there shouldn't be a problem.
Returning is no issue, but the leaving you'll need the permission note to leave. Security reasons, I suspect. To make sure you didn't commit a crime and now trying to flee.
@@ibraishah Thanks, so does that mean within the 3 months of saying in Morocco, someone with an American passport can enter and leave Morocco by air or sea without "carte sejour" and without notifying the Moroccan authorities ? is that correct ?
@dandan3521 yes, as we get 3 months tourist visa. But if you do the signing of the lease for about a year at the station then that's your reason for staying in the country for the year. So if you were to leave anytime after 3 months (so you overstayed your visa) then you go to the station with your lease, ticket and passport when you are leaving the country.
I've heard some people reported paying a fine not a huge amount but it's something. I suspect maybe that they didn't sign their lease at the station. As the cheaper rented places, chances are the owner didn't report that they are doing a rental / invading the taxes, so they didn't sign at the station and notarized the document. But some people get settled in Tangier and leave for Spain or Cueta and return. But now they are cracking down on that as well.
Wa alaikum as salaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh! No, we did not buy a house just renting and notarized our contracts. The prices are increasing but still better in the country side. I lived in a city outside Casablanca (Mohammedia)
@@ibraishah Okay. Actually I followed you for updates because I have plans to relocate my family from Nigeria to Morocco. Nigeria is so full of chaos and Haram and I have 2 daughters I don't want them to grow up in this environment. Wallahu Halam. Family is important. God bless you
@codegreenie3429 living in a Muslim country is definitely better than a secular country. But the fitna is still prevalent in Morocco. It's becoming westernized. But the best thing you can do, wherever you choose, is to create your own community with like-minded people. If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to reach out!
Asalamu Alaikum warahimatullahi wabarakatu sis long time , I'm glad you're back .
Wa alaikum as salaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh, thank you! ❤️

Assalamualaikum
I have a question, did u but a house in Morocco? How wre the prices! Do u live in countryside??

The price depends on if it is a big city or small city. The big cities far from the central are also cheaper.
You have such beautiful energy ♥️ sending you peace, love and energy… this rain is 🥲
You left Morocco for UK. I am disappointed!!! 😢
I'm sorry! I don't see it being permanent الله اعلم. But my brothers are here and I got a little homesick 🤧
