Originally it was planned that Austin would lead on this one, and they actually recorded it that way, but he felt that the song lacked something and suggested that Rob would do a better job. Clearly he was right.
I'm really happy you got round to this one, it's a favourite of mine. I love the 70's Motown dancing & the classic David Ruffin on one knee from Chance. Personally I think you should remember that people support you because they recognise that you are taking time out of your life to do these reactions. We can watch HF (& others) videos on YT whenever we want, but it's fun watching other peoples reactions & you, whether you know it or not, are one of the more entertaining ones. You don't make it feel like you're just doing this to make a few bob and going through the motions, you engage with people and have a good sense of fun. I applaud you for wanting to give back to the artists, but please remember to be kind to yourself as well.

Home Free does a fabulous job of this song. It is done in the Motown doo-wop style. Reminds me of the Temptations with all the synchronized moves. And you can hear Tim's bass rumbling in the background. Love these guys. They are so talented.

From Tim's low growling bass to Austin's sky high "oooh ooohs" I have always loved their version of this song. Of the 6 million views they have on UA-cam I think about 1/2 of them are mine. 😍 One of my top 5 favorites that they have done. It's OK that you had to cover your screen I have all their moves memorized. 🤪 Good luck with your dental adventure. You'll do great. I already had this Keith Urban song on my Spotify playlist and it's still there because Keith sings it really great too. But to be honest, I think the Home Free version is a bit nicer to hear. That voice of Rob as velvet, then that smooth voice of Chance together with the incredible harmony, bass and beatboxing. Really amazing. But yes, otherwise my Spotify playlist with different artists consists for 50% of Home Free haha. So I'll just leave it be. Although I also have a special playlist from Home Free😉
Love your channel, SauceyDad! I’ve been a big fan of Keith way before Home Free came along (in my life), and I was so happy they covered this one! I love the style in which they sang it, too! Being that I was a teen in the first half of the 70’s, it brought me back to that good old R & B music time. The guys always do their own thing, but still keep the integrity of the melody in their covers. The choreography was very much appreciated in this one because many of us Home Fries know that Rob has difficulty learning dance moves, and Chance is a real trooper. He had said in a Home Away From Home video that it’s not his favorite thing to learn dance moves, but he does! Loved your reaction very much! I hope your dental work goes smoothly when you’re able.

Can't see the video. So, oh well. Did your dad enjoy the show at the Strawberry Festival ? Did he say if Adam was ok after his fall? Someone had a clip of right after he fell. He went ahead with his solo, but he did look a little shaken up and he did say it hurt. You could tell it must have hurt cause he looked kind of winded. No one has said anything about it, and it would be nice to know if he was ok. Thought you might have heard something since your dad was there.
