Sorry I should have waited until the end of the video to comment. Ours is the top of the line "Iconic" trim level that she sat down and ordered so it's exactly how she wanted it. Took about 9-10 weeks to arrive. Out the door it was around $59k and I feel it's worth every penny. Amazing car.
Hello Miniac, Awesome Vid..dude!!! Since Mini only made exclusively 100 of these “Launch Edition” JCW Clubman in the world, maybe it’s safe to say…I’m probably the only Californian to only own one in my state, Nor-Cal (represent). 😊❤️ Rare Edition indeed. Future collectors edition…
Nice. Am taking it easy with mine at the moment until it has a few miles on it. Just building the speed and throttle up gradually to bed everything in. I agree that it’s certainly a comfortable ride. I have the adaptive suspension and chose the 18” wheels with run flats over the 19” rims. We are having a lot of heavy rain here in the UK at the moment, so driving somewhat gently, but the car feels really stable and reassuring in the wet conditions - even more so than my previous Minis. I have a 30 mile drive to work through the most glorious English countryside, on a mixture of fast and narrow twisty roads, and I cannot wait until I can use the car to its true potential. This is a really nice package from Mini.😉😜🤗
Hi THE MINIac I have recently become a mini fan and feel the 2020 Clubman jcw is what most gearheads have been building, wanting, or even asking manufacturers to build. I have seen the rest of the videos, even your's, about the specifications and noone has given elaborate detail about the new upgrades for the suspension of the 2020 Clubman jcw. They say some things have been but there's more info on the engine specs than the suspension and if I'm correct that's what mini is somewhat known for, there lovely suspension. I ask if you could make video on the details of what upgrades have been to the suspension, PLEASE.
To be honest, I have a 2018 JCW, it's plenty fast, the mid range excelleraition 50mph to 80mph is proper fast, I mean where do you stop, at best you might use the full power once a week...
Valid argument. 👍🏻 Not necessarily how fast a car is, it’s how fast you dare to drive it. Same with power. I don’t care how much power it has, I want it to be fun to drive.
Looks like an amazing fun car. Unfortunately if you build one at $42,000 you will be missing so much. To equip with modest options you will need to be at $50,000 and as a Mini owner I just can’t see being satisfied without all the bells and whistles. That being said I’m sorry it just doesn’t feel like a smart purchase. Will it hold its value when it is so overpriced?
The MINIac Fun definitely but no where near worth $60,000 but that’s just my opinion. I still hope to one day purchase a new JCW but it will have to be a really good deal.
The MINIac Thanks again. I really do think that your videos are great. I understand you affection as like I said before I have two minis myself. However how about recommending something comparable. When I look at $50,000 to $60,000 for a car I want a little more than just fun. A new Corvette can be built for $60,000 and I’m just guessing but I’m sure that would be fun also and hold its value too.
We have a 2022 JCW Clubman. Wife loves it!!!!

Did not know it was that limited.

I love this car....when my lease is up I'm hoping I can get it. I'm also hoping the tuner community wraps their arms around this car😁
I saw a black 2020 JCW at my local dealer with the light grey interior
Must say it looked really sharp
Nice review and even nicer car! Would like to have met the rest of your club just as you pulled into the parking lot.

Definitely something I wanna get. Would be a big upgrade from my 2015 f56.
SUPER Mini JCW Clubman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could you have downshifted with the paddle shifters? The engine sounded so good when the RPMs were higher.

Is it true that the clubman will stop being made t hi is year?
Hey man what sort of mpg did you get out of this car?
He did take it to Coopers and Coffee and he sold it!

Will it be available in a manual?
@@TheMINIac Ok, will the 2020 2 door hardtop JCW still have just 228 hp?
