Echoes of Wisdom was fun. I had only gotten 10 hours into Tears of the Kingdom and got distracted by something else. Now I'm back on Tears of the Kingdom with full intention of taking it to the finish line.
I really liked BOTW and what it brought to Zelda, but there is something about TOTK that actually speaks Zelda to me and I can't really explain it that well.

You aren't the only that noticed the performance issues in some of the Zelda games. One of the most famous youtube channel that does technical reviews in games called Digital Foundry often complimented how good Zelda games are on the Switch from a technical standpoint while also complaining about performance issues. I hope the Switch 2 will be able to fix the performance to at least be able to keep the frame rates consistent since it's supposed to have power of at least PS4 before including DLSS.

Plus, did the metroid primer remaster get in the way of metroid prime 4? I don't think so; they've been working on that concurrently.

I've played legend of Zelda ever since itts debut on the Nintendo entertainment system and all the Zelda games are actually decent except for legend of Zelda 2
I played zelda botw and totk this year for the first time and i replayed them again the last month and let me tell you botw i finished the game while totk i finished half the work then left it. Botw is something else specially the master mode was fun

It's disappointing that out of all eight Legend of Zelda games on the Switch, three of them are unoriginal ports/remakes, one was released alongside the Wii U version, and one being a crossover game. That leaves only three Switch exclusive Legend of Zelda games. We shouldn't need any more Switch remakes.
3 is a lot though. Most Nintendo systems received the same or fewer. When you consider the fact that we got multiple remakes & re-releases on top of that, I think Nintendo really treated us with Zelda on the Switch.
Although I think BOTW is a good game. I didn’t think it was great. My only problem was that I felt that they payed too much attention to the open world, but the story was weak.

Wind Waker HD needs to be ported asap. Twilight Princess would be dope too but at the bare minimum they should port Wind Waker
