Hi Ate Shaira, I don’t actually leave comments on videos that I watch here on youtube but I felt like you’re an exception cause all of your videos are so good. I’m currently binge watching all of it and I just want to say that its all worth of my time. I used to dress up quite bold too before (more grunge and ethnic/gypsy feels), but the corporate world made me turn into basics (and age too XD). I have to bring that confidence back...thank you talaga sa videos mo.

It's funny how I ignore those bold printed and/or colored pieces in the ukay2 because I feel they look too "badoy" on me but seeing how they look good on you, I think I will now give them a try. I am searching for nice bell bottoms though. Can't wait for the quarantine to be over. I miss ukaying. Watching your videos make me reminisce those times...sigh...

QUESTION: How do you deal with people staring at you in public, especially on the streets, when you wear loud colored outfits? What's your mantra?
I think I have so much fun putting together outfits, that it outweighs whatever side comments some people may make 😊
I have started liking wearing long and midi skirts and my students would joke around saying what sect do you belong maam? Deep inside im a bit offended but im trying not to because im really loving skirts and vintage look inspired by miss shaira.
@@rochellemercado5382 I hear lots of funny comments too, usually from drive-bys while I'm walking ("Saan kabayo mo?" is a common one when I wear boots, lol) but it would be a waste of creative energy if we let little things like that hold us back 😊

I used to like putting colorful pieces together and just being creative and expressive through my clothes but then it suddenly shifted to basics because I thought I could be more sustainable in that way. Guess ukay ukay is the key! Should I go back? 🌼😍

How do you clean the shoes thoroughly before wearing it? I always thrift my clothes but I rarely look for shoes at ukays coz im worried the previous owner has smelly feet😆
