Another poignant one so I thank you very much. A new neck injury from last week has my thoughts in some pretty negative spaces as I hope this thing heals up fast. For the most part my tongue is under control but I can't say my thoughts are. There's a lot of frustration that ends up in mental outbursts or waves of despair. At least my summer obligations are over and I can take the time to rest now, but there's so much I'd rather be doing.😅
