protip: If you're ever forced to format your sd cards, keep them but don't begin recording on them again. There's plenty of software to recover the "formatted" data and you won't lose much, if anything at all.

    • @evgfav

    • @donjuan6324

in many case if police are called, they will confiscate the SD cards , and if,...(IF) ... you get them back they will have been double wiped, erased & reformatted with their special utility wiper which renders all previous data un-retrievable so nothing can be retrieved

It could also be leak detection powder for a dust control or ventilation system. Basically you dump it in the intake and wait to see the where the colour shows up on the ducting. Given it's in a coal milling building and how important dust control is in that environment, I can see it being there. Also that stuff sticks to everything and you can see it on the beams above too.

There would be too many law issues. Trespassing unallowed an area to film where you are not allowed to film for business porposes would follow to some law sues just to name one thing.
The next thing would be something called company secret. There are lying around old documents of a company. Those documents could be used by someone to claim something what does not belong to him for example production instructions or the circuit diagram of a machine. A malicious person could use those documents for bad.
The content is great and well made, but it would be a shame if they had to close down their yt channel because of such "little" things. I would like to see more legally made content. Perhaps it would be less exciting, yes, but would give those 2 possibilities to ensure they can do this way longer.

Now, that was an interesting, well filmed and well narrated video! I grew up in a harbor/rail/industrial area in California and our family would frequently pass by some old abandoned factories when I was a little girl. I always wanted to go in and see what wonderful things were behind the walls of windows. Thanks for bringing back a possible cause of my old age fascination with things abandoned!!! I was also in love with abandoned and infrequently used draw bridges of all sorts! What a cool childhood.

There's an old brewery where I live that's been abandoned for over 15 years now. It's a huge complex that includes a train system and used to collect water from the local river for brewing. It used to look like a decent place to explore, but now, the large windows that clearly had some kind of tanks in them have been shattered due to 2 very large, destructive fires caused by the homeless that have been sneaking into the property and trying to start fires in order to stay warm. I hope you guys stay safe, because you never know who you might run into in these places!
