There's an old brewery where I live that's been abandoned for over 15 years now. It's a huge complex that includes a train system and used to collect water from the local river for brewing. It used to look like a decent place to explore, but now, the large windows that clearly had some kind of tanks in them have been shattered due to 2 very large, destructive fires caused by the homeless that have been sneaking into the property and trying to start fires in order to stay warm. I hope you guys stay safe, because you never know who you might run into in these places!

I love seeing these old factories. I always try to think of the people that worked there and the families that were fed and clothed with these jobs.
Wow that thumbnail looks like a scene from Warhammer 40000K
Lol yes. I tought about it and also looks like apocalyptic series or steampunk stuff. Idk
@@Kusunoky Right!
Beautifully edited video and it wasn't clickbait! Gotta love it! 👏

I live not too far from Charleroi and I have seen those factory buildings many times. I always wondered what was still inside of them. Thanks to the proper people now I know! :) Also that is not a very friendly area there, lots of used seringes on the sidewalks, ewww.
You guys should really consider gathering all of your photos taken of all of the sites visited to compile them into a book. It would be an impressive work of art and I am sure that many people would also be interested. The scenes that you shoot are breathtaking!
Erased content from simple format can be recovered just fyi.... If it not secure erased, that takes way longer though so mostly machines uses quick format/ delete so you can recover them. If you did not copyed anything over to thevformatted card.
Loved the cinematography of this one. One of your best vids yet!
Great video as always! Those big industrial buildings are so cool looking makes me think they are great locations for post apocalyptic movie sets :-)
Absolutely amazing. Please, stay safe out there.
proper people: i hope there aren't any alarms in here.
oddly placed motion sensors: *am i a joke to you?*
I just love your guys' work. You treat things with such respect that other explorers and other youtubers in general don't have.
The Proper People: hopefully there is no alarms in this building
Alarm: I'm about to end this mans whole career

You two keep getting better and better. At this point, i’m seriously thinking being a Patreon supporter of Proper People! ❤️❤️
Fantastic production quality, reminds me of a vice documentary 👍
I LOVE (and admire) that if The Proper People have a new video out, its so reliable, you know its gonna be good no matter what. Never annoying and hyper, never pushy with stuff, just great content, interesting....perfect amount of discussion and back info....just stay safe guys.....:)
The Proper People need coffee. For these awesome videos!
Very cool video! Nice Job!
Been a while since I caught a video of yours, I wish I could go exploring with some friends
Finally, you're exploring a place where I can read stuff cause I speak French lol
Wait... I see what you did there.
Well, then you'd be at home reading their English-based stuff too, obviously.
But then "doodsgevaar"

6:42 an example of why i love your work. great shot... simple but so much thought instead of just going around with a go pro
oh and then you pull out 7:08 lol
I could've watched that for another 20 minutes, so awesome and interesting it's a shame you got caught 😕
I GOT SO EXCITED WHEN YOU SAID CHATTANOOGA. Now I want to know what the green stuff is. Great video and shots!
Love that little intro tune! what is it?
Wish we had cool stuff to explore around my end.
Search UA-cam for "Proper People intro" and you'll find it. By all appearances it is their own original song, which is pretty amazing. It's available on SoundCloud also.
Always so cool to see you guys exploring in our little country 🇧🇪! Love the vid, so interesting!
"failed to notice this motion sensor...." -oooof whoop
9:06 was perfect timing
Coffee and The proper people.... the perfect match 💕💕💕

Absolutely amazing. One of my favorite props ever.
Really awesome shots. If it were at a lower framerate it could be scenes from a movie
Great job as always. Beyond challenge, talent and aesthetic side, you're real transmitters of a dying world. Valuable work !
congrats on 700k 🥳
I get so excited every time you post a new video? The two of you so such amazing work. It gets better with each video.
It would be cool to take that old power plant and convert it into a home like how they did on a British Television show Restoration Home where they took a old non functioning water pump station and made it into a home with Geothermal energy and solar energy and had a water filtration center that was from the water that it used to pump out of the ground.
It's been done to a water tower before
Give me 30million euro and I build a home for 600 people on this area
That complex is massive. Hard to wrap ones mind around coming up with the plans for each building and what goes where. Fantastic video.
