A small waist is an existent waist, but I know what you mean. A torso that doesn't go in at the middle, is what would be called a non existent waist.
Yes, it is a lovely shape. And as one who, at 54, still has a small waist, let me tell you, its not only "diet and exercise" that makes the waist smaller, but also belts and waistlines that pull in the waist. My generation grew up with that, and had small waists. But in the last twenty years, clothes loosened, and then everyone got fat!!
Wear a belt around your middle! : )
Nutshell answer? Wear a belt! Your waist will shrink.
lisa sommerlad interesting! I always wondered how people a few decades ago managed to make it look so tiny. So you would pull your pants up to the natural curve of your waist and then tie a belt tight at the smallest part?

That's why people say, when they know they will have to spend less, "we have to tighten our belts".
My waist used to be 26 inches. Without trying. Even to my late thirties. 24 when I was young... Everyone was skinny. We thought we were fat... But looking back? Nope.

I am OBSESSED with your channel. It was recommended by UA-cam, first time when they did a good job. I am not a very well person from a financial point of view. I have a roof over my head, but I cannot afford clothes from brands. I usually shop c&a, h&m, takko, Deichmann. You are the first elegant lady that made me feel comfortable about my shopping possibilities. Every other elegant/classy youtubers are always like "you have to invest in this and that". Those things usually cost hundreds of euros/dollars. I can't do that. So I kind of felt hopeless. But then... I found you. And you opened my eyes and helped me get a style that reflects my personality. And I wanted to thank you for this. I wish you good luck on this journey of yours.
